BIENVENUE A L'AIGUILLE RUSH POINT -

Notre condo au premier étage dans cette communauté de faible hauteur est niché pour votre plaisir. Notre condo récemment rénové et insonorisé est rez de chaussée avec 1250 pieds carrés. Nous avons même un parking juste devant la porte d'entrée. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs ou de ponts de stationnement ici avec seulement 100 condos et 40 dans notre section. Votre séjour paisible sera un bon moment loin de l'agitation de la ville. Notre chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'un accès au balcon et d'une salle de bain privée. Notre deuxième chambre a un grand lit et un lit double. Nous avons un bain de salle complète supplémentaire. Nous avons de nouveaux planchers de tuiles et nos chambres ont des planchers de bois. Notre salon a un canapé-lit pour quand ces invités supplémentaires ne veulent pas partir! Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une table à manger. Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse. Notre terrasse spacieuse a une vue sur Ole River et aussi une piscine fantastique. Nous avons une piscine supplémentaire qui est située sur le côté du Golfe pour une autre option ~ quelle variété! Notre communauté dispose également de 2 courts de tennis éclairés, d'un local à bateaux gratuit et de quais de bateaux, ainsi que de magnifiques jetées de pêche. Nous offrons de nouvelles promotions incroyables. Envoyez vos dates par courriel et faites vos valises ~ Tous nos condos sont strictement sans animaux et ne pas fumer, y compris le balcon ~ aucune exception La personne responsable doit être âgée de 23 ans ou plus. Our stay was amazing! Lita was an excellent host and communicated extremely fast. The condo was just as advertised and the property was lovely. We will definitely make her condo one of our go-to's when coming down to the beach! Thanks for making our trip so relaxing and easy!

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Best parts were fishing off the dock and having a pool on the gulf side and bay side. It was clean and it was so easy communicating with the owner. We’ll be back

We had a great time with a prefect setting sitting on the back porch looking out into the river was unbelievable. We where within walking distance of the Flora a Bama a great property was not disappointed

Wonderful owner; nice condo; great maintenance manager

The owner was organized, friendly, and responsive. The condo was beautiful and has a wonderful view of the bay. I felt the asking price was very reasonable. The maintenance manager introduced himself and was extremely personable. One of our favorite rentals. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for those with a boat and very relaxing

Get away from the crowds but close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach & Pensacola for the fun. Access to the bay and the beach and being able to keep your boat in the water makes everything so much easier. Secure location to keep your trailer. The condo has everything you need and has beautiful old trees in front that provide shade and create a Zen atmosphere.

Very nice property

This is a very nice condo and very well stocked. Great location with a view of the river from our patio. We had access to two pools, which overlook the water. The private beach access is right across the street. The owner is very nice and helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this owner and this property.

Spring Break

We spent 13 days at this property. The property owener Lita was very quick to respond to any questions. I loved the back patio, as many hours were spent watching the boats coming and going on the River and we even seen dolphins a couple times. The properties two pools were very clean, yet cold due to chilly weather at night. The private Gulf beach across the road was well maintained. There are loungers out there with cushions and umbrellas as long as it is not too windy. At night we had a great time catching crabs and just listening to the waves. Away from the property there is Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We were able to watch the Blue Angels practice one morning from Fort Pickens. If you intend to go to this viewing, leave early as it is a very slow drive to the fort.

Wonderful getaway spot

The owner of this property is so easy to work with and the property was perfect. We stayed here over Halloween with our young kids and they were so helpful and friendly in answering all our questions. The place is gorgeous and spacious.

Relaxing condo

Our condo was everything we read it to be. The complex is very peaceful and relaxing. But you are close to restaurants, shops and bars. The owner, Lita Henderson, was so easy to work with and responds to messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely Recommend

I have to come to Pensacola every two years for certification. We decided to take our boat with us on this trip. This is the perfect place to stay! The condo was clean, convenient (boat dock) and the owner was absolutely helpful., and thoughtful. Mrs. Lita offered us options due to the bad weather at the time and I thought that was extremely nice on her behalf. Will definitely look forward to coming back when it’s time again !
