The attached Primary bath boasts a large tiled walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience after a day of fun in the sun.

The guest room offers additional sleeping space with a Queen and Twin-sized bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or children. This room also features a flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone can relax and unwind in comfort.

Both pools come with clubhouses for added convenience and leisure. Relax in the soothing hot tub or engage in some friendly competition on our tennis courts. For wellness enthusiasts, our sauna and fitness room offer the perfect facilities to maintain your health and fitness regime, even on vacation. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the boat launch and the first-come, first-serve boat docks, making Shipwatch an ideal choice for those who want to explore the waters. The marina adds to the charm, offering a picturesque setting and additional water activities. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in December, January, and February. Call our reservations team to get a quote on these rates.
