Nestled just off the main thoroughfare of Compass St, where the only traffic you’ll see are dog walkers, hikers, and the occasional pack of deer, this three-bedroom haven is tailor-made for young families and multi-generational gatherings. Fully equipped and well-appointed for chill mornings, home chefs, beach time, play time, and more, Beach Hair Don’t Care offers a serene yet engaging retreat.

The house is supplied using a keen attention to detail to young families so they can leave the car topper at home. This ensures a comforting and inviting vacation that minimizes the typical craziness of traveling with young kids. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining spaces keep everyone connected and in the moment. Enjoy island barstool seating for four, a dining table for eight, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need cook a full dinner or bake cookies, including a gas range, coffee by the pot or the pod, mixer, griddle, waffle maker, storage supplies, and anything else you need for cooking and entertaining. A full-size washer and dryer with all necessary supplies make doing laundry easy as well.

The main floor primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an alcove soaking tub. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate media room equipped with a smart TV, Nintendo consoles, and a variety of DVDs and board games. The media room couch pulls out to provide an additional queen bed. The kids will love the twin-over-full bunk (plus a twin trundle pull out), with a connected half-sized “space room” reading nook. And if that wasn’t enough space to play in, also upstairs is a separate, tot-sized play room complete with a variety of toys, books and other children’s activities. Side benefit for the parents: it keeps the mess contained!

The covered front porch includes a Weber BBQ and corner couch and offers views of Cedar Run Park. Listen to the ocean waves over the hill in the morning, or the frogs in the evening with a blanket and a good book and your drink of choice! The backyard features a Solo stove fire pit, Adirondacks for everyone, and a spacious private hot tub.

Additional highlights include high-speed internet, pickleball set, pack-n-play, wagon, baby gate, electric vehicle charging, and a sizable beach-read book and rainy-day puzzle collection scattered throughout the house.
