We absolutely love the house having the golf cart and bikes were such a plus to get to the beach. Plenty of places to eat very close by and lots of great shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to the pool. Nice quiet neighborhood. Several good restaurants that are easy to get to. The golf cart and bikes were great to have. House was clean.

Excellent property, great location and amenities. Would definitely stay here again. My only disappointment was losing a substantial amount of time with a 4 pm check in and 9 am check out.

This is my first bad review to leave in my 35 years of living. *THIS UNIT ADVERTISES A GOLF CART INCLUDED*My kids were so excited about our stay and having a golf cart. When we checked in, the golf cart was missing. Despite multiple calls over two days, we never received an answer, only the run around about how they had to contact the property manager. After contacting eight rental companies the day after check-in we finally found another golf cart available with a company and had to spend an additional 350. The night before we left, the rental company finally contacted to let me know the golf cart would not be available for our stay (which I assumed not after we didn’t have it for the remainder of our trip anyway) and offered to reimburse firmly only half of the rental cost. Since the included golf cart was a deciding factor in choosing this property, we felt that resolution was inadequate on top of poor communication with the company. We would have chosen a place closer to the beach, had we known we wouldn’t have a golf cart. Future guests should be aware that communication and resolution of this issue fell well below our expectations and if there are issues, you likely won’t get answers quickly. The only other cons were our pool code didn’t work (a couple gave us theirs so we got lucky), and the dryer did not dry at all- had to air dry clothing and towels.Pros: clean and nice house, lots of space, nice porches and an overall nice neighborhood

The pool was not monitored and an over abundance of people well over capacity were allowed in daily. The house was ill equipped. No blankets in the family room one ounce of dish soap provided one roll of single ply, toilet paper per bathroom no salt and pepper no pool towels And very little parking.

Perfect 30A Vacay

Had a wonderful time on our 30A vacation. Loved the proximity to the pool and beach. House was clean and spacious. 10/10 on the neighborhood pool. We loved getting our coffee at The Coffee Shop, down the street, every morning. Having access to a golf cart is key. Stayed in Destin plenty of times over the years but prob one of my favorite places so far. Thank u so much for having us and we will be back:) Couple things to note- the pool monitor was quite aggressive to the vacationers about drinks and wrist bands. Several people complained. Would love to see new beach chairs and umbrella added. The ones in the garage were broken. Would be a great addition for people flying in from out of town, to not have to purchase them.

Very happy

This was a great property for our family of six. Well appointed with most things you would need. For the price we paid I would expect a few extra TP and paper towels rolls. Also, it would have been nice to have a broom. It's impossible not to get sand everywhere. Note the property description says Golf Cart for "Fee", not Free. The first time I read it I thought it was included. No big deal that it wasn't free but you can tell it was intentionally worded to trick you. The golf cart it not needed if you have a vehicle. There is a nice community pool with a look-out tower. It is a 5 minute drive to main Blue Mountain Beach access point. This is a very quiet and chill town, the beach is the main attraction but there are a few shops and restaurants. Over 6 days we saw perfect blue-green waters 5 of the days. Storms caused chopped waters that got darker because the coastal lakes overflowing into the ocean, but the next day it was perfect again.
