Upstairs: 2 King En Suites, twin bunks in hall and a dedicated workspace with desk.

Fantastic location on the west end of 30A in the Serenity By The Sea neighborhood. Near Stinky's bait shack.

The public beach at the end of the road is large with restrooms and outdoor showers and golf cart parking.

This home is the perfect setting for your 30A. Enjoy family time and memory making in this beautiful 3 bedroom home.

- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

Note: The golf cart is provided by a third party. Must be 24+ and provide a drivers license to drive the golf cart

This home is beautiful! Very family friendly, safe neighborhood. The beds and couches and even the pillows were by far the most comfortable we have ever experienced on a trip to SRB! The beach access is right across the street from this development, which is awesome as well! (And it’s close to several access points in case of no parking available) The host is super responsive and very kind! We look forward to booking again next year!

Great family vacation!

Amazing property! Super clean, large entertaining space, amazing porches to relax, close to the beach! Having the golf cart was great for trips to the pool/beach with the kids! Overall I would recommend this property for anyone who is seeking relaxation with or without kids!

The house was fantastic! Great location, plenty of space, very clean, and the golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and restaurants nearby. We were greeted with an awesome gift basket filled with goodies. Luke was very responsive and easy to work with. Only thing we could have used were extra kitchen towels, but a minor detail. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Beach Getaway

We enjoyed the house and the location. I will say one thing about paying that much and only having 1 of everything was a surprise (trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels)… We made it work. We will be booking again and just be better prepared!

We had an absolute blast at this 30A beach house! The space was perfect for our family, plenty of room to spread out with three bedrooms and a big living area that made it easy to relax together. The kids loved having their own space, and we never felt cramped, even with all our beach gear. They even had fun beach toys, umbrellas, plenty of chairs all available for use in the garage. The location is tough to beat. It’s just a short golf cart ride (definitely a must have on 30A) to the beach, maybe five minutes tops, and we could pop back for snacks or a quick break without missing a beat. Being so close to everything we could grab coffee or dinner without piling into the car. The vibe of the area is just as dreamy as everyone says!We come to 30a 2x per year and have stayed at several different homes. This house was spotless when we arrived—seriously, the cleanliness was top-notch! It made settling in so easy, and we felt right at home.The host was fantastic! They were super responsive, answering our questions almost immediately. When we couldn’t figure out where the laundry soap was… about a hour later laundry soap was delivered to our door! Their attention to detail made the whole trip stress-free.This place was everything we hoped for and more for our 30A getaway. We’re already talking about booking again next summer! Highly recommend!
