Minutes from Centennial Park and you can ride your bike to the Razorback Greenway accessing 100’s of miles of trails throughout Northwest Arkansas! This home has a hot tub and grill so you will be ready to fire up that family BBQ on the private fenced backyard. Conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores, fitness centers and a 2 minute drive to one of the best dog parks in Northwest Arkansas at Bryce Davis Park. Located off close to I-49 and easy access to all of Northwest Arkansas.

The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located to UArk, shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable having all that we needed for our stay.

We have stayed at this house before and is always very clean, neighborhood is quiet and the perfect location for us. James is wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. Hope to be back next year!

Great pet-friendly house with yard near UArk campus

The house was clean and comfortable, had plenty of room and a nice big yard, and was in a good location in relation to the campus. It had all the amenities we needed, and we even got to enjoy the cozy fireplace since it was a little chilly in the evenings while we were there. The property owner was responsive and helpful, and our stay went very smoothly.

Convenient Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a very convenient location to everything. The owners went above and beyond what other places offer. There were condiments, shampoos, and plenty of toilet paper which was a plus. The place was super clean and the best part for us was a fenced in back yard for the dog and the provided doggie bags were a plus. This home truly felt like a home away from home.

Relaxing Getaway in Fayetteville!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home in Fayetteville! The house was very clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a quick getaway after the hectic holiday season. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there was plenty of space to relax and unwind.The location was fantastic—close to the University of Arkansas and a fantastic dog park, which our pup absolutely loved.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect escape from the busy holiday rush. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free stayWe would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Fayetteville and hope to return in the future!

Perfect Getaway - Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely property! The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and made preparing meals easy. The comfy living room was perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. The hot tub was great too! The location was ideal - just a short drive to the university. Our host was wonderful and responsive and provided clear instructions before our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone lookin for a comfortable place to stay. We will be back!

Good stay

Our stay was good. The house is a little older, but good layout. I will say that the house is in need of a good deep clean though. On the surface it was neat but a good deep clean is needed for dust and hair. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving

Just as advertised! Very clean, kitchen was stocked, hot tub was great and the back yard worked perfectly for our pups. The location was convenient for our stay. Will be back on our next trip. Thanks!

Great place for staying while visiting college

Great place to stay while we were moving our daughter into the dorm. We had 2 vehicles loaded down with things for my daughter dorm room, one of them being a truck. It was nice to have a garage to put them in for overnight keeping. The house was clean and convenient to everything. James was super easy to communicate with and I highly recommend

Comfortable & Close to Everything

We could not have asked for a better house. It is very clean, in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of space for us to spread out after being couped up in a vehicle for 3 hours. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
