This newly remodeled 3 bedroom home will accommodate anyone wanting to visit NW Arkansas for a few days! It sits on a large corner lot in the middle of town with quick access to College Ave., the main street that runs through our beautiful city.

The master bedroom has a dedicated workspace, queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second room, we like to call the Razorback room, also offers a queen size bed and the third room is great for kids offering a trundle with 2 twin sized beds. Each bedroom has a smart TV, a dresser for storage and a full sized closet.

The fully stocked kitchen provides anything you need to make a meal or bake your favorite treat! The full sized pantry will hold lots of food and/ or can be used for extra storage. All appliances are brand new!

Our cozy living room has plenty of seating including a pull-out queen sized sofa bed. Turn on the fire and relax in front of the 65" smart TV or enjoy some friendly competition playing a board game or cards.

Outside, you'll find a large family table that seats 8. Enjoy a meal cooked on the brand new gas grill in the privacy of a fully fenced in back yard. Then, chill by the fire pit sitting in genuine stadium chairs from Busch Stadium....go Cardinals!
