Il s'agit d'un condo non-fumeur climatisé avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et joliment décoré et bien meublé. Stores occultants récemment installés dans le salon et la chambre principale. Le salon dispose de nombreuses fonctionnalités pour vous de profiter: de grandes fenêtres avec vue sur l'océan, belle décoration, centre de divertissement avec accès facile sur le balcon privé. Le salon dispose d'un grand téléviseur à écran plat, DVD et Blu-Ray, d'un canapé-lit queen, et l'accès au balcon face à l'océan. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, TV, Blu-Ray et lecteur DVD, salle de bain privée, et accès au balcon face à l'océan. La deuxième chambre comprend deux lits queen, une télévision, DVD et Blu-Ray, ainsi que l'accès à une salle de bain. Le condo comprend également une salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons. Le condo a aussi le WiFi, et une laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse. Chaque chambre dispose d'un ventilateur de la boîte. Nous avons également Time Warner Cable accroché pour les trois télévisions dans le condo. New Smart TV 42 pouces dans le salon avec Netflix déjà installé. Pour voir les tarifs hebdomadaires du samedi au samedi pour le condo, vous devez cliquer sur "Afficher tous les tarifs de location". Nouveau pour 2019, nous avons installé les stores BLACKOUT dans la chambre principale et dans le salon. Cela aidera à rafraîchir le condo lorsque vous souhaitez vous détendre du soleil et si vous souhaitez regarder la télévision pendant la journée. En outre, ils sont agréables dans la chambre principale si vous voulez dormir! Ils sont bleu clair et nous les aimons.

Everything you need for a great time is included except your food and clothes: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels... Plenty of great local restaurants nearby as well. Looking forward to returning next year.

A perfect stay as always. We have been renting Surfmaster 810 for close to 10 years. Perfect location, perfect view. The only down fall is having to leave vacation and come back to reality.

Perfect vacation spot

Karen is wonderful to work with! The kitchen is stocked with anything cooking that you could possibly want. The view from the living room, balcony and master bedroom is breath taking. Everything is so clean. This is our second time staying at this condo and we hope to stay again.

Great 4th of July Getaway!!

Views for days for sure!! You can't help but notice as you walk through the door! Fabulous balcony with super comfy swivel rockers and the lights around the balcony such a fun and festive touch at night. Condo well stocked: you could cook a full holiday meal in it if you wanted to!!

Super easy check in. Had a few questions ahead of time since this was our first VRBO stay. Karen called back immediately and answered all my questions. This was a last minute reservation and we wanted to stay close to daughter/her husband and in-laws. Worked out really well. Condo was spacious, fully equipped, and clean. Ooh, forgot to mention the beach view! Balcony overlooking the beach with really cool view of the storms over the water in the evening. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful

There were so many wonderful things about this location and condo. The view was amazing and watching the dolphins in the morning an added plus. Close proximity to lots of golf and shops. Recommend restaurants on business 17 over hwy 17. And being able to just kick back and relax was wonderful. We will be back.

We also love getting a great view of the dolphins. The balcony is so comfortable and relaxing listening to the waves! We do have lots of golf courses to choose from. And so many wonderful restaurants to eat at that are close. So happy that you plan on coming back!

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at Surfmaster several times. This is one of the nicest units. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Decor is coastal and pretty. The balcony furniture was great! We liked that there was a supply of spices in the kitchen and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available to use. We especially enjoyed the keyless entry to the unit.

Beautiful view

The windows and the deck at this condo allowed for amazing views of the ocean! The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for us to use which was great. Everything was very clean. The beach itself was so enjoyable - soft sand, warm water, fun waves and the pier had a lot of fun entertainment. The owner was very kind and responsive. We loved our stay at this condo!

Well-furnished

We had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the two queen beds in bedroom 2. Loved the deck with table and chairs and the wicker chairs and the lights on the railing - nice touch. Also really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with dishes, plates, pans, etc. The window shades are excellent, as well as the newer washer and dryer. Thank you very much!

We have been staying in Surfmaster 810 for about 10 years. Karen has everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, beach games, anything in the kitchen. The water pressure is amazing in showers. Great location, Ocean front view, amazing view 24/7, pier on left and right. Restaurants, stores and beach is not crazy busy. We love the loacation so much we even got married on the beach infront of the condo. Perfect for all ages

Needs major updating. Too much stuff in condo. Had to move things out of closets and dressers in order to put in our own clothes. Dishwasher had bad order. Hand washed pots and pans, silverware,etc. before using. Beds were very comfortable and refrigerator was large. Had nice sized patio. Overall stay was okay

Great condo in a great part of the beach

We had a lovely time in this condo. The whole area was family oriented, the beach wasn't crowded, and the condo had everything and more that you'd want for a beach rental. 10/10 would stay there again.

Surfmaster 810 is our home away from home. When the condo is not rented out we enjoy using the condo ourselves. We loves hearing to waves and all the fresh ocean breeze we get.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Surfmaster 810 is in the more desirable building, the South Tower! You get more sun exposure than the North Tower. If you want a break from the sun we have BLACKOUT shades in the Living room and Master Bedroom. So relaxing hearing the ocean all day and night so you can unwind and enjoy your stay. The master bedroom has its own glass patio doors.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You can see the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Don't mind cooking a meal with that oceanview. While sitting on the balcony you might get to see the dolphins swim by or a group of pelican fly by right at eye level. One time I was sitting on the balcony and one pelican turned and looked right at me! I will never forget that. Keyless entry for the condo door. No keys to keep up with! New BLACKOUT shade installed 2019 in Master Bedroom and Living Room.
