Welcome to our modern & relaxing Ocean Cove 305 condo. A Bright and Beachy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Oceanfront Condo in the centrally located Ocean Cove building on the border of Garden City Beach and Surfside Beach. Our unit features a fully updated kitchen and living room furniture, 2 flat screen TVs with cable, high speed WIFI, in-unit Washer and Dryer, central AC, and two Oceanfront Balcony with ample seating for the whole family. We also provide a storage shed equipped with beach chairs, beach mats, and umbrellas, perfect for the guests who are flying in.

The Ocean Cove complex boasts a great pool, hot tub, and lounge with direct access to the beach. Parking is limited to 2 spots and there is an elevator! There is also no pets, smoking, or trailers allowed.

Garden City Beach is in the family friendly section of the south Myrtle Beach Grand Strand. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the Boardwalk, and 10 minutes from the seafood paradise of Murrells Inlet's Marsh Walk, a half-mile boardwalk featuring close to 10 restaurants overlooking the inlet. The location is also great for local attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Brookgreen Gardens, Minor League team Myrtle Beach Pelicans, Huntington Beach State Park, Top Rated Golf Courses, and many watersport and fishing activities. Charleston SC is also a 1.5 hour drive perfect for a quick day trip.

Ocean Cove 305 is also a short drive, bike ride, or walk in-between the restaurants, bars, outdoor music, and activities of the Garden City Pier a couple streets to the north and Surfside Pier to the south.

The bright and open living room/kitchen area is beaming with natural sunlight all throughout the day. The Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, KEURIG, coffee machine, toaster, and comes stocked with all necessary cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. The kitchen has seating for 3-4 at the bar along with a table for dining. A washer and dryer is also in unit near the entrance.

The Master Bedroom overlooks the beach with a separate private balcony as well. It has a queen-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features another queen-sized bed and half bathroom. The 3rd hallway bedroom has 2 twin beds side by side. All bedrooms have all new beach-themed bedding and linens!

Fresh linens and towels will be provided along with simple bathroom and kitchen starter items as well as a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the condo.

Spring Break!

We stayed here for spring break with some family members. The kids had a blast. The weather was a little cool but the hot tub and the pool area were great! This condo was perfect for us and the owner responded to me very quickly with my questions. Will defenitely stay here again!

great location, needs some attention

We are a group of six- this was our second time to stay here. The location is fabulous. However, the condo needs some attention. Had a few issues; but it needs a good cleaning and some things repaired. Ice maker didn't work, some light bulbs didn't work, fan in one bath caused the circuit breaker to trip, patio furniture needs repaired, and the couches and cushions need replaced or cleaned. For the price paid, we feel it could use a good deep cleaning; one other issue- there is one towel per person and one wash cloth per person- really could use at least two- but the towels need replaced- they have a weird smell, and we had to wash them in vinegar before we could use them.

This is our 3rd year staying at Garden City Beach but our 1st time at this condo. We don't like high rise condo's which is one of the reasons we chose this condo. Updated, clean, plenty of room & right on the beach. Thank you so much, we all loved staying there!!!

On the Beach

I have stayed at quite a few condos in the area before, but nothing like this. The deck and living room faces the beach and you feel like you are sitting on the beach becuase you are. One day it was really windy but we didn’t feel like we missed out because we could sit on the deck or over next to the pool and the hot tub and it was much warmer there. The place was spotless with a sun roof and natural light just pouring in. Everything was decorated so cute and beachy with new furnishings. Just loved the whole experience and I am looking forward to another girlfriend weekend there soon! Highly recommend!!!!

Great Little Garden City Condo

We stayed during July 4th week and really enjoyed our week. The condo is centrally located and has all of the amenities a family needs. I will say it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and the parking was a bit tough during such a busy week but we made it work. The condo definitely could use some new pots and pans for the kitchen. The storage closet the owner gives access to is such a wonderful perk and is very convenient being on the bottom floor. Not having to cart an umbrella and chairs to the beach or purchase them there was wonderful. Overall a wonderful stay that we will always remember!

Just as pictured

It is just as pictured. You will not be disappointed. The balconies were the star of the show, not much more needs to be said. The host was responsive, and patient with user error when the internet went out. The stay was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed- though I did not cook. Bathrooms were appropriate for the beach. Master bedroom mattress was softer than my usual, but I like an extra firm mattress. Lovely inside and out.

Over all we had a good time. Way smaller than we thought but we made it work. When we had issues the owner responded fast. Some things could use some updates but a nice place. We should have paid more attention to the reviews. The actual complex has too many weird rules too! Also could use some updating!

Vacation to recharge

Fantastic location and a great view. Living room is smaller than expected, sofa and chairs are simply ok. Kitchen and dining room were very nice. Only item we lacked in the kitchen was a decent spatula. Washer and dryer are located outside in the entryway, but the room is clean and appliances work well. Beds were hard for all of our tastes, but bedding was nice. Master shower is extremely small and shower door molding needs to be cleaned/replaced. Great water pressure. We all used the hall bath with the tub/shower combo. The caulking on the tub is pulled away, water does not drain quickly, and the doors are very hard to open. The patio furniture is rusted away and the two rockers have rusted off their round bases and sit on the ground. Even so we spent a lot of time on the patio. I mention the bathroom issues and patio furniture so the owner will know. These items did not impact our stay, but need to be repaired/replaced. The overall decor is nice and the condo is very bright. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic vacation!

This property is outstanding! It's bright and inviting, such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach. Although we brought our own chairs, we used the ones provided by the owner along with the umbrella and boogie boards, we were grateful they were available. I highly recommend that others stay here and I look forward to our return visit.

Beautiful views

Amazing views from the condo, and the furnishings were really lovely. Could use a few more items in the kitchen (decent pots and pans) and a proper toaster. Great location, quick drive to Murrel’s Inlet and the Conch Cafe was within walking distance for a casual bite. One downside was the Garden City “beach service” occupies the beach area directly in front of the condo every morning at 7am with chairs and umbrellas. I was told I couldn’t put my chairs down in line with theirs when I went down one morning at the same time. So you either pony up and pay for their chairs, sit behind them (umbrellas are not allowed in front of their line), or walk a ways down the beach for a spot. Champagne problems, but it was frustrating when you’ve paid to be at the beach and feel like you have to fight for a decent spot!
