Bronze évalué, 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, vue sur la montagne. Ce condo dispose d'une cuisine, cheminée, câble entièrement équipée w / HBO, balcon privé hors de la zone de vie, et WiFi gratuit. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine extérieure et un bain à remous et d'un sauna qui est ouvert à l'été
et la saison d'hiver. Roi dans la chambre principale, une couchette double / twin dans la chambre d'amis, un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Crested Butte est un village vacances en copropriété avec une piscine et un bain à remous, situé à environ 500 yards des remontées mécaniques - à 5 minutes à pied ou vous pouvez préférer sauter sur la navette gratuite qui arrête toutes les 15-20 minutes.
Chacun spacieuse - quatre chambres en copropriété dispose d'une cheminée à bois, TV avec HBO, magnétoscope, wi-fi, terrasse privée au large de la salle de séjour et une cuisine entièrement équipée.

Okay if you do not mind a cold shower.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property decor was old and outdated and the carpets pretty dirty but that was not our major problem with this apartment. Our major problem was the bathroom water. This scolded me on my first shower (the temp was up and down)... however, the property management company fixed the problem promptly. But upon fixing the scolding water issue we found that we had no hot water. We were told that the owner of the property has the hot water controlled and only made available between 10am and 8pm. We were very unhappy about this and would not have booked the property had we known in advance. Not making customers aware of this prior to booking is a huge problem. This is our fifth consecutive year staying in Le Chateaux... this was our worst accomodation by far. Next year we will look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re really sorry the unexpected hot water situation. We do want to clear one thing up, because it’s important — the hot water is not controlled by the owner on any kind of schedule. There are no “on/off” hours, and we’re not sure where that information came from, but it’s absolutely not the case. What did happen is there was a repair made to help stabilize the temperature after that initial fluctuation (we’re sorry about that). It sounds like there was then a hiccup with the system reheating afterward, which left you without hot water. That’s definitely not the experience we want, even though our team jumped on it quickly. We also appreciate the notes on the unit itself. Chateaux is one of those classic CB buildings, but it should still feel clean and comfortable, and we’ll take a closer look at those items. We really value that you’ve stayed in the building multiple times, and we appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention.

Overall everything was good. It would have been helpful to know there were multiple condo units and they were labeled by alphabetical. All we read was the room number. So we had to go through each condo unit to find the room number. The walk to mtn was 5 min and the stay was good

The kitchen is not well equipped but adequate for a basic meal. Sadly the pool heater was broken during our stay but fortunately the hotube and sauna were working. The manager of the facility was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great little place perfect for our group of five. A few minor problems, tv cable was unplugged had to figure out how to hook it up. Did not have a lighter for the fireplace, or at least couldn't find one. But overall very nice!

The only issue we had was a drunk guy at the pool on Sunday afternoon, he said he was owner, yelling at my husband in front of my son for being in hot tub too long, no one was waiting to get in and he was in hot tub Saturday night drunk too and was in with like 8 other people while myself and my kids waited in pool.

The condo had most of the features for a comfortable stay, but the queen mattress in the bedroom with bunks needs replacing. In the kitchen there was a lack of measuring cups and pot holders. This was inconvenient for people who cook. Ample firewood. Fireplace was enjoyable. Unit could use some updating.

We weren't expecting a lot given the price point, but it wouldn't take much for the owner to fix a few things to improve the overall experience. With a hammer it seems like the front door jam could be fixed to prevent the door from sticking. The kitchen faucet could be replaced, or at the very least tightened. There were no coffee filters, the kitchen trash can is tiny and a dish drainer or some extra towels to dry pots and pans on would have come in handy.

Good location

The condo itself was perfectly fine. Older, but good location on the shuttle route and we enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. There was very little communication from the property manager. There was nothing in the check-in instructions to indicate which building the unit was in, only the unit number, so we had to go building to building looking for it. There were absolutely no dish towels provided - we used washcloths and hand towels from the bathroom. There were two small wash rags under the kitchen sink that were not clean and had clearly been used by the last visitors and had not been replaced. On our last morning in the unit, we ran out of toilet paper in both bathrooms and discovered there was not a single extra roll provided in either bathroom, so we were forced to use Kleenex and paper towels - and then we discovered there were no extra rolls of paper towels provided either. I would have called to complain but we were checking out that morning anyway. I would think twice about staying at any property managed by this company. It's a shame because the condo itself was fine.

Crested Butte vacation rental

Reviewer Comments: While the condo we rented was in a great location, right on the free bus route into town from the mountain, the condo itself was way overdue for an update and the cleanliness of the condo was questionable. We did not spend much time in the condo as we were engaging in lots of outdoor activities, but we also were not very comfortable in the condo so made extra efforts to stay away. There were dirty dishes and pots in the kitchen cabinets, mold on the shower curtain liners, corroded faucets in the bathrooms, cheap plastic bathroom sinks that moved when you pulled on the faucet to turn on the water, rust rings on the shower spigot. These are all easy fixes that should be prioritized before this property is rented again. Note that we did not bring these matters to the attention of the property management company during our stay - we just mostly stayed out of the condo and were only there to sleep. Additionally, we did receive a significant discounted rental rate, but we certainly did not expect the rental unit to be in such poor condition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful rental for our family of five. There was plenty of room for everyone and the two bathrooms are a necessity. The Wifi works great. Thank you for being the first rental we ever experienced that has enough hooks for everyone for coats, snow pants, bathroom towels, swim towels, etc. Thank you for all of the kitchen cabinet space for us to unpack our groceries. The couches are comfy. The views from the rental are phenomenal. We loved being on the first floor. We appreciated that firewood is provided if we wanted to build a fire (we did not build a fire during our stay). The rooms were warm and cozy. We love the convenience that the bus stop to the ski resort is right outside the front door. We enjoyed having access to a hot tub and pool. The hot tub temperature needs to be turned down a few degrees while the pool temperature needs to be turned up by a few degrees. The pool was much too cold. We appreciate all the extra towels in the room so we had enough for all of us to use at the pool as well as our daily showers. We were grateful to have plenty paper products- tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so we never had to run to the store or call the front office. Complaints: the main door sticks terribly and my kids could not open it or close it. That is a safety issue. One of the bathroom doors needs 1/2 inch shaved off the bottom so it can be opened and closed properly. I don't mind older decor, but the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets need to be replaced. They are losing their functionality. Someone needs to come through and purge items that collect dust- the broken axe by the fireplace, the VCR, the disconnected phones, the junk in all the drawers, etc. There was no guest manual with instructions how to use the heater, fireplace tips, departing instructions, restaurant guides, etc. The positives far outweigh the negatives for this rental. We had a great vacation.

Then all 4 of us noticed a smell which we couldn’t place. Like something rotting. Then a fake drawer cover under the kitchen sink fell off and the broken hinges put a small cut on my foot. The slider door to outside did not close properly so the unit was always cold. The master bed was very worn and uncomfortable. The whole unit was horribly worn. But, it was convenient to the shuttle which was great. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned in a while and Master shower curtain had something brown on it which was disgusting. Shower knob was stuck so bad my husband had a terrible time getting it unstuck. No one would rent this place twice! Although the property management people were above friendly and professional, #302 is a DUMP.

Good views and comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable condo with nice deck and good views. Front bedroom with queen bed and bunks would be tight for 4, comfortable for 2. The management personnel were wonderful, we needed something for a handicapped shower and although, not suprisingly, they did not have one; they found something that would work.

Great location and pool for value

My family and I had a great time in this condo, good views, flexible bed options for kids and a good experience. One thing to note on check in was it would be helpful to remind new customers that check in instructions are in contract form or just put them in final payment, we figured it out, but later realized it was in one of initial emails. No huge deal but could be improved
