That might be the highest compliment a property can get! Sounds like the downtown location made exploring effortless, and the space itself had that great vibe to match. Also glad the responsiveness kept things easy. Hope next time you get to stay a while longer, we'd love to host you again!

Absolutely loved this place.! Reminded us of our luxury apartment we lived in in Baltimore MD. The apartment was in immaculate, clean, cool, and comfortable. Best yet is that the location was within minutes of everywhere we planned to visit. Kudos for the communication and attention to ensure everything was smooth. Thank you for sharing your space. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future when in town.

Nathan was an awesome host for our girls’ getaway, great at communicating when we had questions and had plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and even a bookstore. The apartment was so comfy for lounging around but conveniently close to downtown when we wanted to go explore.

This property is clean, spacious, hip, and unique. It's one of the rare properties that is actually bigger than it looks online. It is well equipped and well maintained. Lots of cool exposed brick, with high ceilings and exposed beams. I've stayed in A LOT of VRBOs, and I would easily put this in my top 5.My one and only caveat on the property, and really this pertains to the neighborhood, is that it's located in downtown Springfield. While downtown is evolving and there are lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, there is also a rather large homeless population. We never had any kind of a problem, but a traveler might want to keep this in mind when deciding on booking.

Thank you so much for this glowing review, and for putting us in your top 5 after staying in so many VRBOs, that means a lot! Glad the space, character, and attention to detail all came through, along with those exposed brick and beam details that make it so unique. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the downtown location too. It's true the area is still evolving, and we're glad you found plenty of spots nearby despite that. Thanks again for such a thoughtful and honest review!
