We highly recommend this beautiful home! Great place to relax! Clean, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and amazing sunsets! Excellent communication with host.
This place exceeded my expectations. Location was prime. You really donât even need to leave, but if you do Goose Creek State Park, Washington, and Bath are just minutes away. The house was very comfortable and clean. Fabulous views of the river. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of cooking and dining equipment. I hope to return. Early April is a great time to see the gorgeous flowering dogwoods and azaleas all around this part of North Carolina. Temperatures swung from 90 to 45, so be prepared.
The location of this cozy cottage on a beautiful river makes for a stay that canât be beat. We return every year and always come away refreshed and relaxed. The property is lovely and the hosts are gracious and congenial. Highly recommended.
Beautiful and Excellent Neighborhood. Literally steps from the River and the house was as pretty as shown in the pictures. We plan on coming back soon!!

This is a lovely, cozy and very spacious cottage. Beautiful and peaceful view of the river. Location is great, lots of restaurants and close to Greenville.
Our 2nd stay at this cottage on the Pamlico River and just as before we had a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing as well as other river creature sightings - dolphin, snapping turtle and jellyfish. Such a peaceful retreat and close to town for dining, shopping and exploring.
We have stayed all up and down the river over the years, and this is by far the best place yet! We had such a great week! Thanks for enabling us to have another memorable family vacation in the Pamlico!
Downtown Washington is a quaint and historic waterfront town with lots of great restaurants. Try The Bank if you are looking for a relaxed fine dining experience. The Meeting Place has good lunch and Sunday brunch. Stroll through the Inner Banks Artisan gallery for a truly impressive collection of local art work and check out the Estuarium to lean more about the coastal ecosystem.
