Situé dans le quartier historique de Little Washington, notre chalet de 1200 pieds carrés a été entièrement rénové et est super propre! La climatisation centrale et le chauffage central en font un séjour confortable en toute saison. À 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Washington, vous pourrez profiter du magnifique front de mer, des restaurants et des bars. 30 minutes à l'aéroport de Greenville, NC et à l'Université Eastern Carolina. 45 minutes de l'aéroport de New Bern et de la côte de la Caroline. Le chalet se trouve sur un grand terrain tranquille avec beaucoup de stationnement hors rue. Nous acceptons les animaux!

The place was so clean and nice and close to everything. Patty was quick to respond with any of my questions. Also the fenced in yard was great for our Dog, huge yard and enclosed.

Two night getaway

Great location! We enjoyed exploring downtown Washington. And our pup enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious house near town

Spic and span clean. Lots of room and amenities. Bathrooms not ensuite. Rainfall shower by itself hard to use. Great deck and yard.

Awesome Place to Vacation

We enjoyed this cottage so much! It was clean, had just the right amount of space, and had a huge backyard for our dog to play in. The owner was also very helpful and answered any questions we had. If you ever need a place to stay in Washington, or are going to an ECU game and don’t mind the short drive, this is the place to stay!!

Great little get-away

Great house in convenient location

We came for a weekend bike riding event with friends, this house was just as pictured, very comfortable and had everything we needed for enjoying ourselves, nice walk to town and plenty of space. Patty was wonderful to work with and really appreciated her accommodating us for this trip.

Fabulous cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tilted Cottage. It’s very well appointed, with everything guests would need. So close to the downtown area once you arrive you can walk many places. I would highly recommend this cottage!

Beautiful property

We loved this property. The cottage is lovingly maintained and outfitted with everything you need. Location is great - just a couple of blocks from the waterfront boardwalk. The Owner is wonderful to work with and gracious. We will be staying again!

This is a lovely cottage in a quiet setting, but with easy, close access to the small waterfront town. Small town charm with a cozy place to stay was exactly what we needed, and this place delivered! Our hostess was super to work with! Will definitely stay here again when the occasion suits!

ECU Visit

This was our first home vacation rental experience, and it was exceptional! The owner was generous with her time to answer questions throughout our planning and the trip itself. The house and location were exactly what we needed while visiting ECU, enjoying Washington, and traveling with two small dogs. We hope to return again in the spring!

Wonderful house in a nice neighborhood

This property was perfect for our needs. It is located in a nice neighborhood and just a few blocks from the waterfront. Everything was spotless. Lots of touches to make the house comfortable were put in place. I would definitely rent this house again.

Happy Holiday Cottage

How wonderful to be able to spend time with our family in Washington with our daughters and ALL of our doggie family! Two English Cocker Spaniels and German Shorthair Pointer accompanied us and we all enjoyed The Tilted Cottage. The location was excellent and our pups enjoyed the large yard. They were so happy! Patty was an awesome host!

Washington Get-Away

Tilted Cottage is in a great location - a 15-minute walk to downtown, the boardwalk, and the waterfront. The cottage is well stocked, super clean, and the large yard is great for dogs to explore. Hats off to Patricia for providing such a lovely and comfortable cottage. Will come again when we need changes in latitudes and changes in attitudes!

It was a large property in a nice area and close to everything in Washington. The house on the inside was well done and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't have any issues. Loved Backwater Jack's and Innerbank Outfitters!!!! Would definitely like to return in the future!

I love hosting! This is my only property and I handle it myself - no management company can live up to my standards. I have met so many great guests and many return year after year. In fact, two of my regulars have now bought homes in Washington! You'll have all the privacy of your own home but, if you need me, I answer.

I love our two rescued Great Pyrenees (all 200 pounds of them!) and our one little spoiled mutt that we rescued from the woods. I have lived around the world and now my husband and I are happily settled on 5 acres in the forest. Life is good and we are blessed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Tilted Cottage is all about family. I fell in love with my house in Little Washington but there was no way that my extended family would all fit! The little cottage behind my house was for sale and we fully renovated it in 2017. Our business was strong until Hurricane Florence hit in 2018, flooding the Cottage with 9 inches of water. It was truly devastating but we were not willing to give up. We gutted the Cottage down to the studs, raised it 6 feet in the air and completely renovated it.. again! It is now better than ever with some great upgrades like granite countertops and beautiful flooring throughout. It took 16 months of renovation but now The Tilted Cottage is ready for you to visit!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Cottage sits on a large, private, fenced lot on a quiet street. There are two amazing playgrounds and a dog park up the road. I love being able to walk to dinner in town on these beautiful North Carolina evenings. My neighbors are great people and you will find them very friendly. In fact, I'm sure Washington will be one of the friendliest towns you will visit!
