Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a beautiful courtyard and a grand front entryway. The backyard is a desert oasis with a sparkling infinity-edge pool, sun loungers, a fire pit sitting area, and an outdoor kitchen, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.

Inside, Rancho Villa exudes true southwestern style, adorned with exquisite Navajo and Mexican artwork that captures the essence of Arizona living. The living room features a cozy brown leather sectional sofa, complemented by wooden chairs and a green recliner. A striking cobblestone accent wall houses a 50" smart TV and a gas-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen, nestled behind a breakfast bar seating 2, is fully equipped with high-end appliances and cookware, allowing guests to prepare culinary delights with ease. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and rich brown cabinets complete the kitchen's elegant aesthetic. Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining room boasts a wooden table seating up to 6 and a spacious china hut stocked with entertainment essentials.

Casago House Rules

** Security Camera Disclosure ** This home has a doorbell camera, a camera facing the front entryway/driveway of the home, and cameras on the side of the house.

** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. **

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using flushable wipes.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

** The pool cannot be heated, as it does not have a pool heater. **

Property needs tender love and care; kitchen faucet needs repair, rear landscape lights not working, kitchen poorly equipped, a lot of street noise, indoor lighting poor, too many personal items from owner left in house, furniture blocking pathways; garage clean and ample; overall house needs attention and care.

Spring getaway

This is one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever had. We loved the fact that it was in a gated community and the community itself was small with very little traffic. And it is walkable to great restaurants, shopping, bars, and local events. The home is lovely, well maintained and nicely decorated. A highlight is the beautifully landscaped backyard with mature desert planting and a beautiful pool and fire pit. We liked it so much that we have already rented it for a month next year. The only downside was the front door lock and code was very difficult to use. We could not get it to work. So we just used the garage door and code, which was very easy. Highly recommend this rental.

Second Time as Good as First

This is our second year in a row to stay at this place. We love it there. The location is perfect. Being gated is a plus, because it adds an additional safety factor. We love being able to walk to all the restaurants and businesses in Cave Creek. But it is easy to get anywhere in the valley from here. The house comes with anything you need and there are lots of extras added in. One of our favorite things is the backyard. It has beautiful, mature landscaping, and the pool is perfect.Management was very helpful when we tried to use the gas grill for the first time, and discovered that the propane tank was empty. They had a new one there the very next morning.One issue that we had was very poor WiFi connection. It was extremely slow and disconnected often. We had to buy a WiFi extender, which we left there because it wouldn’t work for our set up at home. Two of us could not be on the internet at the same time. And if we were streaming a movie on tv, it would frequently disconnect during the movie. This was problematic for my husband who was working remotely several days. I did talk with management twice, and was told that a work order was created, but no one ever came to fix it. We got used to it after awhile, but it was frustrating.The only other small concern is that the front door is very difficult to open, even with the code. We had the same problem last year. We ended up just going in through the garage.Still—we recommend highly!We would love to buy this!
