This home sits between the ocean and the river. Just a short walk straight up the road and your feet are in the sand! Wilbur by the Sea, is a no-drive beach, a great place for families! Just 5 mins down A1A, either way, you will come to the drive on beach. 10 mins south and you are in beautiful Ponce Inlet, 15 mins north brings you to exciting Daytona. At the house you will find a comfortable living room with a 75 inch tv, a reclining loveseat and a large couch with a chaise. The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for entertaining. A table and chairs and an island with bar stools offers plenty of seating. This kitchen is perfect for the chef in the family. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms, each with a king bed. There are sliders in each bedroom leading to a screened balcony with a view of the marina. A full bath with step in shower is at the end of the hall. Another full bath is downstairs. One half of the 2 car garage is for guest use. There you will find a beach starter kit, a wine cooler, a full size washer and dryer plus a full bathroom! A restaurant across the street. Sit out back at the tiki bar, relax, unwind, enjoy!

Great place

Wonderful home. Close to everything. We had a wonderful time. We stayed for college cheer competitions in Daytona this house was almost perfect only draw back was it was not within walking distance. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood much more than being in the middle of Daytona crowds. we were just 15 minutes away by car.

Great location

Three block walk to the beach! Also right next to the marina with a restaurant. We spent a lot of time fishing just to the right of the marina without any problem. Plenty of space for our group of 8. I didn’t know ahead of time but there is a blow up mattress in the closet.

ROCKVILLE

Making our annual pilgrimage to Rockville in Daytona but we arent social butterflies so we stay far away. This location was perfect. Owner tremendously responsive. Home great, no complaints. Loved two floor living and bathroom in garage unique. Property fenced for puppy playtime. Also private despite being across from marina. Would stay again

Beautiful House

The house was very clean, and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. Whoever decorated this house has a wonderful eye. It's the cutest beach house. The owner, Sherry, was very responsive (even though nothing was wrong) and kind. The location was great; there is an excellent restaurant across the street. Thank you!

Beautiful Place!

Loved this beach home. Eloquently designed with lots of little amenities many rentals do not offer. Great location outside the business of Daytona Beach but close enough to get to easily when you want to. This place is a gem and hope to be back. Thank you!

owners know! Greta location, quick walk to the beach! So much fun! Definitely will be back! Loved the backyard fencing privacy! Quiet area as well! Love love love this spot! Beautiful home, beautiful location! Will be back!

Birthday Weekend

Our adult family had a wonderful weekend in Port Orange. We stayed at this location, since we brought a boat and we had the convenience of being right across the street from Marina. We didn’t hit the best weather in March, but still got one good day on the water. Nice area and not far from New Smyrna Beach. House was clean and beds comfortable! Would stay here again.

Picture Perfect

The house was a gem. Immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Leisurely stroll to the beach. Close to restaurants. The hosts were wonderful. We had a late arrival. They had the lights on and even provided snacks. Can’t wait until we are able to return.

Slice of paradise

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Sherry was super kind and made sure to turn the heater and outside lights so we did not arrive at a dark/cold home. Upon entering we found Dog treats and human snacks in the kitchen for us to enjoy after the long drive. The beds were comfortable and clean, bathrooms were nice and clean with towels and toiletries in case you leave yours behind. TV’s in every room and a nice balcony facing the marina/ intercostal. Our dogs loved running up and down the stairs inside and outside the house, it was their first experience with stairs. There’s a cool little restaurant across the street with tasty food and you don’t have to drive !! Beach is 3 blocks away and we could hear the waves from the house, it was so peaceful!! We loved staying here and will come back soon to escape from the big city life. Thank you Eric and Sherry for being sucks amazing hosts!!

Hi! I am a local realtor, I love my job! I think hosting and real estate go hand in hand. My husband & I have enjoyed this house and area for years. Our kids are grown, so now it’s “our” time! We love traveling and spending time in the Keys. Its time for others to enjoy this home and all it has to offer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home has the best of both worlds. It sits across the street from the marina and less than 5 minute walk to the ocean. Watch the sunrise from the beach and the sunset over the marina. There is also a seafood restaurant right across the street. Just to the south you will find the lighthouse, more restaurants, a park, the Marine Science Center and boat dock. 15 minutes to the north is all the excitement of Daytona Beach!
