Bright and Spacious Entire House, sleeps 6-7, minutes from the beach.

Welcome to this iconic Sea Turtle themed cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. You'll enjoy 1600 sqft of space, including washer and dryer, a very bright and spacious living room with huge smart TV. An additional office room with a 55 in smart TV, couch and desk, ideal for working or relaxing awaits in the back. The wifi is the fastest we could purchase. Our kitchen is fully equipped for family meals. We kept kiddos in mind with high chairs, toddler silverware and plates. You'll love the coffee bar, we don't cut corners on the coffee quality, because we get it, coffee is for closers oh and vacationers! You get 3 bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, black out curtains, sound machines and extra blankets. The third room is versatile with bunk beds, a full size on the bottom and twin on the top, so adults or kids can comfortably sleep here. The other two beds are queen size. Located on a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from the beach, Flagger Avenue and Canal Street. Experience The Iconic Sea Turtle Rental in New Smyrna Beach and you will enjoy comfort and all the super cool sea turtle decor with the guest in mind, in hopes you feel relaxed away from home. Out back there is a breezy and relaxing patio with a huge fenced in yard to enjoy the nature and peace it offers while you drink your coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening.

We stayed for two nights for a girls trip to NSB and had a blast. Very close to downtown and the beach and the Riverview Spa. The house was clean and has a nice kitchen! Only thing that didn’t work right were the outlets in the master bathroom but otherwise no complaints! We would def stay here again!

The house was in a great location near the beach with enough rooms for a small family. A friendly and communicative host made the stay extra nice.

Great stay

My girls and I stayed at this property before my wedding and it was everything we could have asked for. It had plenty of beds and seating for us and was clean. Love that we were able to use the garage. Would recommend and stay again.

Weekend getaway

The house was very clean and nice for our weekend getaway. Great communication with the owners to ensure a nice stay. Highly recommend there is a nice playground right down the road my kids loved!

Amazing house was beautiful. Location was great. I would love to stay there again.

Pictures were exactly the way it was. The host made sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions of things to do in the area. She also checked in to make sure we were taken care of . I would recommend this rental and would stay there again in thr future.

Guys trip

This property is quaint and quiet. Good amenties and close enough to many conveniences yet far enough away to enjoy quiet and relaxation. Home is older but has been undergone upgrades. It suited our trip perfectly. Had great comminucation with the owner and will definitely look for availabililty for next year around the same time.

Meeting the next generation

We loved our stay here which included introducing my 2 month old grandson to his great grandparents. The house was clean and spacious. My daughter's boyfriend was entertained for hours by watching the planes land and take off. We were less than a mile from the sports complex where my nephew was playing baseball, and there was plenty of room to spread out in the house.

Amazing property for a family

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It has plenty of space for us to feel comfortable with all of the amenities we needed like a pack and play. The location was great, a short walk from a playground, and was located near the family we were there to visit. When we left, it was an easy trip to get on the highway and head to Disney for the rest of our stay. We have already recommended this property to friends and will rent again next time we're in the area.

New Smyrna Speedweeks Visit

We were very happy with the property we selected on Vrbo. Great communication with the owner. Made it easy to prepare and be ready when we arrived. Neiborhood was nice and well kept area, House was clean and had everything we needed and was everything we expected. We will be booking this property again next year. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Great place to stay

The house was so cute and perfect for hosting our group of friends. Communication with the property manager was prompt and she went above and beyond to get the home ready for us to check in early. The house was very clean! The amenities available were wonderful - the property manager thinks of every small details to help your stay be comfortable and enjoyable.It was better than any hotel experience because the property manager provided these amenities. Less than 15 minute from the beach and local restaurants: The Mermaid Cafe and A.M. Cafe were both good. We would stay here again!!

A RARE FIND

As my title suggests this property and this host are an extremely rare combination in vacation rentals. The Host is not what I would call a good host she is what I would call an exemplary host and a very rare find. In reference to the property if I could give this place 10 Stars I would be more than happy to because that's what it deserves. The smallest touches were over amplified and the normal everyday expectations of a rental property were exemplified. To name them here would take paragraph upon paragraph of outstanding comments. It's hard to describe over expectations and perfection. We will be returning here on all of our future stays in New Smyrna Beach.
