Amazing 3 bedroom 1.5 bath (bonus outdoor shower) home in a perfect location. Just a 4 minute walk to the Worlds Most Famous Beach and Ponce Inlet. Beach driving is also welcomed! Our home is conveniently located close enough to all the sites and attractions Daytona has to offer while still offering a quiet place to relax.
This place was great. Andrew was very accommodating with early check in. The location was great & 4 minutes from the beach and where we our meetup spot was with my Jeep Club!(ATL JEEP LIFE woop woop) the place was clean & as pictured.
This is a cute little beach house one block fromthe beach! The house has a great fenced in backyard and itâs situated on a quiet road. There are wonderful mom and pop restaurants a short walk or bike ride away. Such a great location⊠We enjoyed our stay.
The house and weather were perfect for the weekend trip with our dog. It's located in a quiet area with nice neighbors. The king bed was really comfortable, and the fenced in backyard is private and nicely furnished for relaxing. Wish we could've stayed longer.
The convenience of everything from booking to location was great. Enjoyed the back patio and fenced yard. The outside shower was nice to rinse sand off ass well. Host was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for any family
We had a great stay. The house was just the right size for our 3 day stay. Too bad it was raining and we were not able to enjoy our coffee in the backyard. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions. The beds were very comfortable, the main bathroom was upgraded. The couch was super soft and swallowed you up. The house is not a new build and maintains its old Florida charm.
The location and neighborhood of the property are excellent, as is the curb appeal. Close to the beach and close to many local coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. The property manager was responsive and helpful when concerns arose - very kind and accommodating. As for the space itself, we were disappointed. The pictures feel misleading, as the space itself seems heavily outdated. The pictures certainly made it seem like the space was more renovated/updated in the last decade or two.The cleanliness was the most unfortunate factor, and shocking considering you are charged 150 for a âcleaning feeâ. It smelled musty, there was dried up food on and around the rug (manager came and took care of this by having the rug cleaned - thank you!), there was sand in the tub drain - it felt evident the home was only cleaned just enough to make it look ready for the next renter. The kitchen sponge was dirty, the toilet bowl brush looked like something youâd see in a frat house, the likely once white towels/hand towels looked dirty and dingy although Iâm sure (and I hope) they were clean. A fresh couch, rug, towels/linens, and certainly a fresh toilet bowl brush would be a great place to start in refreshing this space! Unfortunately as is, I would not recommend this rental - to families at least. A group of college bros probably wouldnât have noticed anything wrong ha
Great place! Good location, the beach was about a 8 minute walk away, grocery stores were close and there were lots of things to do! Our favorite part was the back porch! Clean house and a comfy couch. Beds were good as well.
Great home between the river and beach in Daytona Shores area
Overall we had a great experience. Great fenced in back yard, nicely updated full bathroom and mid-century modern charm for the half-bath with original tile and fixtures in great condition. The kitchen is small but has many cabinets and a view of the river from the window.
Unsafe! Man given code opened the door during our stay! No resolution or apology from owner!
Bad feng Shui set up. Cactus everywhere, forget about using the yard itâs full of prickers. Fence is broken and janky patched in areas. You can see the neighbors from side and back no privacy. A few wash cloths and towels not enough for a party of 4. Cheap wash cloths with tag still on it no attention to detail. Mirrors everywhere feels creepy like being watched. Owner uses same code for entry as it is worn over the same numbers in pattern. Owner shared home info and 3 men drove up in a truck and one actually entered the code a day before we were due to check out. The men said they had a reservation and would return later that evening. Owner called when I told him a man used the code and entered. Due to unsafe conditions, we quickly packed up and forced to make a decision to leave before the men returned and drove all night 8 hours back home. I only asked for 1 night refund and the owner NEVER responded 48 hours after we left! I let Andrew Shore know our actions once we left the property. He has yet to apologize or make things right! DO NOT stay here itâs not worth your families safety. 20.00 a night is too much!
One street from beach parking lot, and a great breakfast diner! Inlet view from the backyard. The house stayed nice and cool in 100 degree weather too. Would recommend.
The house was comfortable and the beds were nice. Enjoyed having the large TV in the living room. Hurricane damage was unfortunate, but also uncontrollable. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
Loved the location close to the strip, great fast Wifi (300mbps) Netflix and other streaming apps already signed in. Amazing back porch area to chill and grill and relaxing on the hammock in the FL sun was amazing. Was able to park Tesla in garage too. Very nice place and Andrew was fast to respond to any questions when I got there.
