Venetian Canal Paradise! Bring your boat! Canalfront on Daytona Beach Intracoastal Waterway, also known as the Halifax River. We have a 60,000 lb boat lift and dock with plenty of bars and restaurants on the river in both north and south directions. We are a 15 minute boat ride to Disappearing Island, and just 2 minutes from there is Ponce Inlet which gives you direct access to the ocean for fishing! There is a screened porch with gorgeous canal and sunset views.
The house has 3 private bedrooms (one Queen, one Double and 2 Twin Beds) and 2 full baths, plus a pullout couch. Six guests maximum please. Venetian Canal Paradise is decorated in Retro-Beach decor, complete with a Barbie-Pink original kitchen and bathroom! There is Washer and Dryer for your use along with a full 2 car garage to put your car, motorcycles or bikes. We have left some beach chairs and a cart to use since we are only 2 blocks walking distance to the Ocean! You are also walking distance to the best Bars and Restaurants in town, fast food, coffee, drugstore and putt-putt golf. Five minutes south via car is the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the Daytona Speedway and Jackie Robinson Baseball stadium are only about 15 minutes north. The house is "beachside" and the area is safe and quiet. This is honestly a Perfect family getaway and for the best location for Bike-Week, Truck-Week, Jeep-Week, Daytona 500 and so much more.
We are small dog-friendly, but breeds, size and pet accommodations have to be approved, so please include that in your booking request. The yard is currently not fenced, so keep that in mind for your pets as well as children. WE ARE DIRECT CANALFRONT. The water in our canal ranges from 2 feet to 6 feet and therefore the yard is not appropriate for unaccompanied minors. Please note that there is no pool at our house, the one you see in the photos is part of our river view but belongs to our neighbor. We want you to have a great time, but also expect you to respect our neighbors and our house and belongings.
