Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Great Location

The house had plenty of room for us all. Short walk or golf cart ride over to the beach, shops and restaurants! The weather wasn’t the best so we were in the house more than we planned. We definitely stay here again

House was clean on arrival. Everything we could possibly need was there as well which when you travel with a teen and toddler, you forget a lot lol. Baby gates were there, high chair already there, box fan which we use for sleeping, all cookware. It was so convenient. House was very close to a CVS as well so if we needed anything, it was a quick trip. Layout of house was very convenient for us because we had my husband's whole family so although we all love hanging out together, it was nice that there were 3 floors to give space too. The golf cart was an added convenience as well. Plus we were right down the road from the pool. Highly recommend this property to big groups. I never once felt cramped and the rest of the family kept complimenting the house I chose for vacation!

There were 14 members of my family. We loved the house, stairs were alittle bit rough on my husband and I but we made it alright. The golf cart was a great add on! A couple of things were broken( garbage disposal and ice maker. We will certainly will book with them again. We loved it!!!

Upon arrival, all lights were on. Felt very welcoming. Kitchen was stocked. All beds were comfortable. Towels were soft! Appliances were up to date. Golf cart had some issues but mentioned it and it was replaced within 1 hour! AC was cold! All fans works great! Pillows were soft! Deep tubs, and very very clean!! Extremely convenient to beach and surrounding area. Highly recommended

Spacious house

This house was nice and new and VERY clean! It had plenty of room to spread out for our group of 2 parents and 4 teens. The kitchen was well equipped and the golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze. My only recommendation is more seating in the great room. For a house that sleeps 12, a sofa and 1 chair wasn't enough seating. We had to use some folding chairs so everyone had a place to sit for movie night.

Better Than Expected

We are a family of 9 - 7 kids 15 down to 1 & this house worked great for us. We wanted a clean house where everything worked and wouldn't need much. Thats exactly what we got. All the little things were supplied, like grilling tools. There were even 2 propane tanks ready to go. Having been to homes where this wasn't the case, it's a big deal. The golf cart was fantastic for getting to the beach and even provided some entertainment for the younger ones who just loved cruising. We would highly recommend this house. Thx!

Beautiful property

Pros- beautiful house, close location to the beach and activities, really nice golf cart, everything was very clean, easy checkin and out, large driveway for 3 cars and plenty of space for two families, had all cooking appliances and tools needed for our meals, beds were comfortable, had 2 box fans in the closets to use, and great/fast communication with management. Cons- needs more sitting options in the living room, not enough room for all of us to get comfortable to watch a movie in the living room without most being on the floor, had only a broom to clean with, would have been nice to have a vacuum or at least a dust pan with the broom, lots of stairs to climb (but to be expected with a 3 story house), will have to carry groceries up one floor, needed more blankets or spare ones in the closets, be prepared if you go during a busy season that it will be hard to find any parking at the public parking next to pompano joes, we never found any open spots and tried multiple times during the day, like others have said - the community pool was really small, it was also not heated in October so we did not use bc it was very cold, lastly the spin cycle on the wash machine did not work so our clothes were soaking wet going into the dryer and would take about 4 drying cycles to work BUT the maintenance people had someone out right away and ended up bringing a new one. So overall, not many negatives and most were able to rectify easily. Really great property. Would stay here again.

Awesome overall! Some concerns though

The check in process was great. The house was also great overall but had some cleanliness issues. When we got there, we found two used plastic bowls for in living room and kitchen. We also quickly discovered how dirty the floors were after walking on them barefoot for just a few minutes. We ended up mopping ourselves with the provided Swiffer and used three pads just on the living room floor. They were black. As a few others pointed out, the pool was very small and our group of 10 never used it as others were always in the pool and it would have been extremely crowded. Lastly, and most importantly, about mid way through the week someone randomly showed up at the house, unannounced, and entered the garage. Obviously we were extremely concerned because several children were sleeping on the bottom floor, very near the garage/house door. We quickly discovered the person changed the garage code and the code to the lock on the golf cart, again, with NO notice. I contacted the management team and they had to ask me when the person was there, as of they didn't know he was coming. After a few minutes, we were given the new golf cart code but not the garage code, as we were told the owner didn't want us everything through the garage. Therefore, we had to enter through the front door, then through the garage/house door into the garage and manually open the garage door every time we came back to the house with the golf cart. It was a pain but we made it work.

Our team vacuums and mops after every stay, and we deep clean the floors with a professional-grade floor scrubbing machine every two weeks. During our pre-arrival inspection, the floors looked spotless to our standards, but had we known you were dissatisfied, we would’ve been happy to send our cleaners back with the scrubber to ensure everything was up to par. As for the garage, we completely understand your concern. For security reasons, we had to change the garage and golf cart codes mid-stay. We attempted to reach you via phone, text, and email beforehand to give you a heads-up. All guests are issued a secure front door code unique to their reservation, and the garage code is used only by management to maintain security and access control. We appreciate your flexibility and apologize for the inconvenience. We always strive to provide a five-star experience and take all feedback seriously so we can continue to improve. An amazing escape from the northeast that included the dog!

My wife, our dog and I loved Beach Haven! Snowbirds who still work remotely, this home was perfect for us. We stayed for the months of January and February. The layout was ideal for inviting extended family to get away from the cold of the northeast for a bit. With a King suite on each floor, the layout allows for privacy and separation that works well for large families or even multiple families. Beds are really comfortable! The house was well equipped, and we didn't need to purchase anything for cooking. They even have a crockpot for making my chili and a great grill for my steaks. Location was the biggest plus for us. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Pompano Joe's and the public beach and only a 2-minute drive with the golf cart which was a big hit with the young adults. We also love to walk which is really not fun when it's 10 degrees out up north and we certainly don't love the walk to nowhere on a treadmill. However, Beach Haven's location allowed to take daily walks down Scenic Gulf Drive. Our perfect loop was to walk to the end of the public beach parking at the Crab Trap and back. About 4.5 miles total. Also allows you to stop at a couple of different places for a break and a drink! The street\neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly. There is a nice mix of short term and long-term renters as well as full time residents. Finally, the management company (Coastal Retreats) was awesome. They made everything easy... check-in, house instructions and check out were all simple. We only needed to contact them once as a drain in one of the showers was not draining properly. They returned our call promptly and someone come out to the house within an hour and unclogged the drain. He was friendly, courteous, and we never had any other issues. Overall, it was a 5 out of 5 experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Review

Nice house. Short golf cart ride to public beach access. Parking was easy if you get there early. Do not park the golf cart behind your own car or else you’ll get a ticket. Local restaurants are excellent. Community pool was on the small side. Fine if just a couple of people but more than 10 people would feel crowded.

This was a nice, clean property and in a great location. Easy access to the beach.

We had a great experience staying at this property. Great location and the golf cart made access to the beach and other nearby places easy. The house is nice and clean.

Great place close to the beach

This house was great! Enough room for 14 people and very close to the public beach access. The golf cart was an added bonus!

Great area

The neighborhood is in a quiet area but also very close to the beach. The is enough parking for almost 3 vehicles depending on the size. The community pool is a little disappointing. It is small but we still had fun. Other than that we really love that the house came with a golf cart- That was super convenient.

Beautiful house.

Absolutely loved the house and the fenced in back yard. My grandchildren loved riding in the golf cart. The only thing that the house needs is more seating in the family room. Loved the quiet street because my grandchildren could ride their scooters without worrying about to much traffic. Thank you for sharing your house with my family.
