The space
This beautiful, updated home is well-appointed and ready to impress with its clean décor, beautiful finishes, and modern amenities.

This is a private home with full use of the entire property which includes:
Kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware (pots/pans, flatware, utensils, cups/mugs), salt/pepper/oil. Keurig (with k-pods) and tea kettle.
Breakfast room - seating for 2
Sun room - seating for 2, with spa grade robes & slippers for each guest
Formal dining room - seating for up to 8
Family room with 50” flat screen smart TV

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, offering a cozy and elegant atmosphere.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, a modern space with a desk that can be used as a vanity or workstation. A Pack N' Play is stored in this closet and available if needed.
Bedroom 3: Full bed, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep.
Bedroom 4: Two Full beds, ideal for the kids or additional guests, mounted TV with firestick.

Bathrooms: The second floor bathroom has a bright and fresh feel with a modern tub/shower. The third floor bathroom boasts a shower with a double sink. Both bathrooms have been beautifully renovated to offer you space and comfort.

Outdoor Oasis: One of the highlights of this property is the hot tub in the backyard. After a day of exploring West Chester and the Brandywine Valley, you can unwind at the patio set and tabletop fire pit, roast s’mores, and soak in the soothing waters of the 7 person deluxe jet propelled spa.

Guest access
Guests will have use of the entire home, front and backyard, and spa.
Keyless entry on both the front and back doors. You will be given access code and instructions prior to check-in.
You may park 4 cars in the dedicated parking located at the rear of the house.
Please do not park in front of the house (permitted parking only, you WILL be ticketed). Please check posted parking signs for the remainder of West Chester. Parking Garages and metered street parking available in Downtown West Chester. Other things to note:
Early check-in is subject to availability. Please inquire at least 24 hours before your arrival. We charge for early check-in depending on your preferred time of arrival.
8 am to 12 noon (half the rate of the night before)
12 noon to 4 pm ($150)

Additional rules:
Adult supervision required when using the hot tub
No smoking of ANY KIND on the property (inside the house, or in the backyard) This includes cigarettes, vaping, cigars, marijuana, & chewing tobacco. Don't discard your cigarettes, chew, etc., in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or anywhere on the property ($1,000 penalty).
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
No pets
No loud noise or music after 9:30 pm
Do not leave fire pit unattended while in use
Unplug all unused appliances, hair, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
No Extra/Overnight Guests ($100 per extra guest per night)
No mail delivered at the property
No moving or rearranging of the furniture
No unplugging of the electronics
No disturbing neighbors
No parking other than assigned spaces
***We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are broken

-Please make sure hot tub jets/lights are turned off; cover is closed and latched. -Cover fire pit after each use. Cover is stored in outdoor bin to left of French doors. -Please cover outdoor furniture upon check-out. Cover is stored in outdoor bin. -Please load/run dishwasher upon check-out.
