The setting is serene and bucolic with lawns going down to the river, yet grocery stores and modern amenities are only 10 minutes away. Located in Chester County, the cottage is close to Civil War battlefields, Amish Country and numerous points of interest, including nearby Phoenixville with a vibrant bar and restaurant scene. The Cottage is new barn conversion and is decorated to the highest degree of comfort with all modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The kitchen adjoins an open living/dining room with a woodstove for cozy nights in. The living room and bedrooms all have smart TVs. On the upper level, both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms to complement their queen beds, with linens, robes and toiletries provided. There is a washer/drier in the cottage and a powder room for convenience on the lower level.
