Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Mooring. The property was clean and and location was close to everything we love about Sanibel. This was our first time staying on this property and we were pleasantly surprised. Each time we had an issue (with the TV) the maintenance people were quick to respond and set the TV up so that we could easily use it.

It was disruptive enough at night to interfere with sleep so we asked it to be checked. Right over bedroom & bathroom. Overcharged for only 1 pool & laundry room.

We can’t wait to check it out once it is done. The property is well maintained with nice amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. We didn’t have a beach view room but that didn’t matter since it was just a short walk to the beach which is great for shelling.
