Ce duplex de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain est à moins de 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage avec une véranda couverte. Pier de Johnnie Mercer est une courte promenade le long du bord de l'eau. Ne pas oublier d'emballer votre équipement de pêche!

Traditionnellement meublé, le salon ouvre sur le porche. (La cheminée est décorative seulement.) Salle à manger et cuisine sont séparés. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain privée et offre un accès pratique à l'escalier extérieur.

Pour les rassemblements plus importants, réservez l'unité inférieure n ° W119 (VRBO n ° 3677150) pour un total de 8 chambres.

Douche extérieure. Off-street parking pour 2 - 3 voitures. Occupation: 12. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

Quick stay at Wrightsville Beach

This property was exactly as described, was clean, spacious, and working with the management was easy. Plus you can't beat the location!

Had a great time! Perfect location, and cute and cozy beach house feel. Kitchen could use some updates, but overall good value. View from porch was great, and a squirrel came to say hello on the palm tree. Would consider coming back to this location.

Great location!

We really enjoyed the beach and proximity of house to beach. The house was great for our family of 5 and grandparents. House was clean but not updated which was fine considering the price. Would have enjoyed a filtered water dispenser on fridge. We had to buy water. Overall great place. Maintenance / housekeeping was very responsive! Would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The cottage is spacious and we loved the porch and location. The only drawback was the front bedroom. The temperature reached mid-90's a couple of days and the air conditioning had a hard time keeping the cottage cool, especially in the front bedroom. Otherwise, wonderful stay...we would stay again!

Hey Lynn - Thank you for the feedback. We had our maintenance tech go out to the property to check the AC's operation. He found the bedroom you mentioned has a single vent that that is working correctly. During your stay we did have some record temperatures! Though it reached the mid-90's, the heat index was over 100 for several days and HVAC systems are generally designed to achieve a 20 degree drop from that external temp to the internal temp. During these warm days, we recommend guest to keep blinds/curtains closed on sun facing sides of the building to improve the thermal efficiency and the room temperature. Overall we are glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to facilitating your next family vacation!

Great location, older property

The location is a short walk to the beach and very convenient. The unit was more dated than it looked online. It was clean except for the air filters. We had a water leak in our unit which was leaking downstairs. They addressed it quickly but there is a mildew smell in the unit. Most of our group were kids so they were fine and liked being so close to the beach. The adult allergic to mold and dust had to sleep in the kids room which is the one room on the side of the unit without the bathroom. I gave it 4 stars based on location which was very important to us and the service addressing the water leak quickly.

Christina, thank you for your review on the Williams unit! I am so sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay, but I'm relieved our maintenance was able to address everything quickly! This is the first I've heard about a mildew smell in the unit but will definitely look into that and see what we can do to rectify the problem if needed. Perfect!!

We were in the upper level of the house & loved it. The house was clean, roomy and very comfortable except that all but one of the beds had super hard mattresses. We borrowed a foam mattress cover from family who are local, so didn’t call the office. The location can’t be beat - you have a glimpse of the ocean from the porch and you can heat the waves. Better yet, the house held its own in a category 1 hurricane with no issues!!

Nice, but lots of warts

Near the beach, but busiest area, so we'd walk a couple hundred feet away from the pier to get more space. If you want privacy, this home is not for you. The bedroom doors are slotted (i.e. not solid) so conversations, etc. in one bedroom are easily heard in the rest of the home. The kitchen is microscopic in size. The basics (A/C, hot water, dishes, etc.) were fine.

It's outdated compared to the luxury houses but the deck, grill and location is amazing. It was mostly clean, could just use a deep clean. We will be back for another Memorial Day stay.

Family time at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our Memorial Day Weekend stay. 4 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of space and privacy and just 4 houses away from beach access. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances worked. There were no beach chairs, kids toys, or outside shower area which would have helped keep sand in its place. Living room furniture old and worn. It is an older place and it is given its basically clean but could use a deep clean of baseboards and corners. New caulking in older bathroom is recommended. We did call regarding AC and management got right back to us. We will consider staying here again.

Williams (Upper Unit) Review

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this had been a pleasant stay expect for the fact that this place could have been lot cleaner considering the fact we came with 4 kids aging 2-4 yrs. While we understand this property is decades old, still the cleanliness factor would give a better rating and review. I believe we left the unit in better and clean condition than it was handed over to us. Also, the company professional was not ready to help us on the check out time. Though I called 1 day before as they asked me to, they were not ready to consider giving an additional 1 hour to check out. We being with 4 kids is not easy to check out at 10am. Otherwise this place is a reasonable place with good location.

Great place for family vacation

This property is one of the older beach houses, but a great location to the beach and enough space for my family. Some of the furnishings have changed since these pictures were taken and the TV's are all now flat screens (one picture showed an old tube tv). Also, there are 3 queens instead of two. Hopefully they will update the listing as we took sheets for a full and 2 queens plus the twin beds. The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen (a little small) and the agency was very responsive to our needs. I grew up going to a beach house like this so it brings back memories of my childhood, so if you don't mind an older place with charm this is a great spot to take your family.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Property was as described on the website. It was very roomy and we had plenty of space. The property offered amenities like TVs, WiFi, and a gas grill.The proximity of the property to the beach was also a huge selling point to our group. I would definitely recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we all had a great time in wrightsville beach we are all looking forward to next year . weather water was perfect .
