Léger, lumineux, propre et pratique. Mountain Sunsets est un appartement avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain et peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Vous pouvez également amener votre ami à quatre pattes car ce condo est adapté aux chiens (des dispositions doivent être prises à l'avance). La cuisine a été joliment rénovée avec du granit et de l'acier inoxydable et est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer les repas lors de votre visite. Asseyez-vous sur le porche arrière et écoutez les sons tranquilles de la rivière en été. Ce condo au premier étage dispose également d'un accès rapide et facile au bain à remous communautaire. Profitez d'un accès skis aux pieds en hiver avec la remontée mécanique Snowflake étant à seulement 5 minutes à pied et retournez au complexe par la piste de ski Four O'clock juste à Sawmill Rd mais il y a aussi un arrêt de bus gratuit à proximité par. Accès facile à pied à la ville aussi. Le condo dispose d'une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et un lecteur DVD. Mountain Sunsets (Wildwood Suites 107) sera un condo sur lequel vous voudrez revenir année après année. Une place de stationnement est autorisée pour un condo d'une chambre. Si vous souhaitez amener votre chien, il y a un tarif journalier. S'il vous plaît appelez notre bureau pour les arrangements.

We never got to stay here. This property has been under construction and this property manager cancelled on us three times with two of the times being less than 48 hours before check in. We live multiple states away and they left us on our own to scramble to find other lodging and/or make other plans. Wouldn’t recommend using this property manager.

Perfect location, needs improvement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location cant be beated. You can ski down the mountain to the appartment. Needs a blender. The cutting board was dirty. And the sheets were not clean. Since the laundry was also in repair we didnt wash them.

Great location and condo

This was the second time I’ve stayed at wildwood suites. It’s very close to the 4’clock run and the snowflake lift. The condo is furnished nicely and is within walking distance to Main Street.

Would definitively come back

The unit was cleaned well and had everything you could need for a couple night stay. The location was unbeatable. We were able to walk to Main Street for food/drinks and there was a shuttle bus to the lifts! The only thing to note is that the walls are a little thin and depending on your neighbors at the time you can hear quite a bit, I brought earplugs and slept great.

Location, Location, Location!

Walk out the back door to beautiful stream. Walk out the front and downhill you are a short walk to downtown. Walk uphill and you are close to a hike to the reservoir and astounding views, and close to chair lifts. Will be back!

Cute condo in an excellent location

This property is in an incredible walkable (and likely ski-able come winter) spot, perfect for accessing downtown and the resorts. Our dog also enjoyed the stay and quick access to an outdoor area by way of the patio. Unit itself has a full kitchen with lots of utensils and pots. The coffee pot unfortunately does not fit the coffee maker so it's a little difficult to use but still functional with some involvement in the brewing process. Loved this place! Will stay again when we return to the area.

Reviewer Comments: we rent this unit for 2 weeks every year. great location, great for pets and the management company is very responsive. highly recommend. only recommendation i would make is if you are staying more than a week, ask for a vaccum. a broom and dust pan are provided, but they don't work well on the carpet. not an issue for short stays, just longer stays if you have a pet.

Perfect little condo in Breck!

We loved our stay at this condo! I didn’t realize the running steam was literally just steps away from the back porch and it was so beautiful! And easy access to the hot tub, too! It was the perfect condo for a small family. It had everything we needed and was so close to Main St. Communication with management was the best I’ve ever experienced when going through VRBO. We will definitely book this condo again when we come back to Breckenridge!

Great - Noisy Neighbor

The upstairs neighbors at this condo were unbearably loud. Dogs constantly running/furniture being moved around. Management was very responsive & incredibly kind to come talk to us & the neighbors in person - we were blown away by their efforts to help! Unfortunately, it didn’t make a difference, so we probably would not book this condo again because our whole family lost sleep. It’s a bummer because the condo/location/management were wonderful. If you’re not bothered by noise, it’s a 10/10!

Good economical place for a party of 2-4 to stay. Comfortable bed, nice view.

Nice place for a small party. Bathroom, kitchen, and floors have been updated. Bed and bed coverings were very comfortable. Something wrong with the toilet. Flush tank takes hours to refill. Had to use bathroom trashcan to flush toilet. Also, toaster oven was rusty & needs replacement. Sofa & chair not comfortable.

Location is amazing!

Absolutely loved the proximity to the Snowflake Lift and the Four O' Clock run. We were also able to take a short walk to Main Street for dinner in the evenings. Property manager was also very responsive. Great stay in Breckenridge!

Wildwood Suites 107 - Adequate, pet friendly, nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our dog spent 9 nights in Breckenridge at Wildwood Suites 107. The location is great and we really appreciated the opportunity to bring our pet. Our son & his wife joined us for a couple days and there is no way this unit can comfortably accommodate more than 2 people. It is very dated and minimally appointed - no wine glasses, only 2 coffee cups, few serving pieces or appliances, etc. It was functional but barely so for anyone planning to cook and eat there rather than heading to Breck for meals. There were racks to hang skis just inside the door with a mat that would hold 2 pairs of ski boots but little else in the way of places to store or hang items. We were able to ski almost right to the door at the end of every day but the hike uphill to the Snowflake Lift was no easy 5 minute stroll, especially for those less accustomed to high altitude. Upon our arrival we discovered the thermostat wasn't working and it was 58° in the unit. We contacted the property manager who sent someone over who was able to get the heat going by adjusting the hot water valve behind the couch to fully open. He was going to have a plumber come fix it the following day. This plumber never came and the thermostat never worked properly though my husband did get pretty good at messing with the valve behind the couch to adjust the temperature in the unit - not exactly ideal given the cost of staying there. There is a hot tub & sauna on property BUT there is no maintenance of the area around the hot tub so it was so icy & slippery around it that it was downright dangerous getting in and out. Most other places we've stayed with outdoor hot tubs have been pretty diligent about clearing the area around the tub. It's not unusual to have to step out into recent snow that they haven't had a chance to clear but I've never been to a place that apparently just doesn't ever bother to clear it. Would I recommend this property to a friend? Maybe...with strong reservations.

Convenient lodging

This place was perfect for us. It had all of the basics and was very convenient for the snowflake lift. We were a little confused by the directions on the first day to get to the lift and I’m not sure we ever found the trail, but we were able to figure out how to get there. It would have been nice to have some kind of smart device (fire stick or roku or something) to watch movies in the evening, but overall a great place to stay.

Nice condo right off the 4 o’clock run. We enjoyed the easy check-in process, cleanliness of the condo, dog- friendliness , and ease of access to the ski lifts. Would return and recommend to others.

Excellent Place to stay!

Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for our weekend in Breckenridge. Clean condo with easy access and within walking distance of downtown. Directions and instructions were clear and concise. Everything you need for a weekend stay was provided by our host. Would definitely book the same place when returning.

It was very clean and had everything I needed. I love how many towels they give. The only thing was, since it’s dog friendly there were a few dogs the last night thag barked non-stop. Luckily not during the night but it was still obnoxious in the evening. Overall, great place. Highly recommend.

Wonderful accommodations

This place was in a great location, easy to walk to town and trails. Clean, comfy and had everything we needed. We love to travel with our dog so this was the best. Toby was very responsive, replied quickly and very helpful.
