SOUNDSIDE Avon â Windlass Ct. â When itâs time to press pause on everyday life, escape to HATTERAS HIDEOUT, a peaceful five-bedroom/three-bathroom perched on a wooded lot in a quiet cul-de-sac. For those who dream of sinking their toes into the ocean sand, kiteboarding the gentle swells of Pamlico Sound or catching dinner on a morning fishing run, you can have it all in this centrally located Kinnakeet Shores home.
Bringing a boat? Thereâs room for it in the under-the-house parking area with plenty of space. Avid anglers will also love the outside shower and fish-cleaning station with water and lights, and the utility sink, refrigerator, and racks to store your fishing gear just inside on the ground level. An elevator with ground level and top level stops is a welcome convenience to unpack the groceries youâve brought along for your stay. On the first level youâll find four of the homeâs bedrooms: a king master with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet; and a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a room with two single beds and a queen sleeper sofa that share a hallway bath. The final bedroom, a king ensuite, is located on the second level. All of the bedrooms offer deck access for those views that will be sure to motivate your mornings and inspire your dreams at night.
