Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home, garage, or on the patios.

👥 Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests and 12 daytime visitors.

The City of Palm Desert strictly enforces occupancy limits. Violations may result in fines of up to $5,000, which will be the responsibility of the guest.

🎉 No Parties or Events

Our home is intended for relaxing and enjoying everything the Coachella Valley has to offer.

Parties, events, excessive noise, or large gatherings are not permitted at any time.

🌙 Quiet Hours

Please be courteous to our neighbors by observing community quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

♻️ Trash & Recycling

Please place all household trash and recycling in the bins located inside the garage.

Monday Trash Pickup

* Checking out on Sunday or Monday?
Please place the trash and recycling bins at the curb on Sunday evening. No need to return them—we’ll take care of that for you.
* Staying beyond Monday?
Please return the bins to the garage after they’ve been emptied on Monday morning.

Desert Falls HOA requires trash bins to be removed from the curb within 24 hours after pickup. Thank you for helping us keep our community beautiful.
