High end kitchen appliances with large granite counterspace and everything one could need for creating special getaway meals is provided.

The main floor family room has a massive sectional sofa in front of floor to ceiling windows that come equipped with remote controlled blinds which will lower and raise on their own with the sun! Large Smart TV w cable, work station area, gas remote controlled fireplace and open floorplan.
The Lower level living area has plenty of seating, another Smart TV with cable, and lots of entertainment options for everyone! Board games, 12' shuffleboard Table, GoldenTee arcade game, a 2person Arcade table with multiple game options on it, plus a big Poker Table and full sized beer fridge if you are so inclined :) Slider doors lead you to the back yard and covered lower patio with new trex flooring and heavy duty adirondack seating area complete with propane Fire Table to enjoy the crisp fresh air all year round!

Television's in each room are Smart Streaming ready, with Cable TV added to the 2 living room and primary bedroom TV's.
