Welcome to your new home in South Lamar - a true gem of the city with a diverse selection of food, entertainment, and outdoor activities.

Our 610 sqft 1-bedroom apartment is pet-friendly (pet fees apply) and comes standard with a fully-stocked kitchen, designated work space, well-appointed bedroom, comfy king bed, & ultra-fast internet to accommodate you in the modern times.

The Space:
Vibrant locality, home-inspired design, and redefined simplicity; these are the design principles that we aim to achieve when creating this space that you will be calling home during your stay with us. Working, relaxing, or living to the fullest, our spaces have all the essentials you need for your stay in Austin.

** Please note that this community and its buildings are built in the 1980's and therefore might exhibit signs of interior and exterior wear, outdated aesthetics, awkward floor plan layouts, and other quirks and features common in older properties. The units themselves have been renovated to bring them to modern aesthetic standards but at the end of the day the buildings themselves are still older and there will be imperfections. All of our properties are decorated and furnished with the latest in interior design and available furniture, and we do our best to implement modern living solutions even when the property itself might be showing its age.

The Neighborhood:
South Lamar is named for the down-to-earth neighborhood’s main thoroughfare. It hosts a diverse mix of Tex-Mex eateries, rustic-chic pubs, casual cafes and art galleries. It's also one of the trendiest and liveliest communities in Austin and located right below Downtown Austin and is close to SoCo (South Congress). Strip malls, small businesses, and loyal natives boasting a no-frills attitude fill the spaces in between the greenery and residential areas. Guests can enjoy a scenic view of Lady Bird Lake and the city beyond while taking a walk along The Boardwalk. Visit hotspots like Summer Moon Coffee, Radio Coffee + Beer, Cosmic Coffee + Beer Garden, one of the trendy unique places that offer specialty coffee, local beers, craft cocktails & live music along with food trucks all in one area!

Getting Around:
We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

Other Things to Note:

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

★ Other Things to Note ★

- We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
- The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
- For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $80/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service.
- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.

Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER pet cleaning fee applies :

The building that our apartment is in is off the main street. Parking will be in the underground garage below the building. More information on accessing the apartment will be provided before check-in day.
