Unobstructed Water Views of The Annisquam in this newly-renovated "walls of glass" home boasting panoramic views of The Mill River, Jones Creek, Wingaersheek Beach & beyond to the mountains of Maine. Deeded Water access available for enthusiastic kayakers or paddle boarders (please feel free to bring them with you). Enjoy our brand new dock, shared with our neighbors below us. With a click of the remote cozy up to the gas fireplace & watch egrets, blue heron & cormorants as they glide over the water's surface all from the comfort of your home. Bask in the beauty of spectacular sunsets. Every day is a nature show!

You won't miss a beat in this 1,600 square foot home with an open concept floor plan lending itself to views no matter where you are, even while preparing dinner in the Chef's kitchen featuring a Viking Stove, granite counters, back lit cabinetry & snack bar. Large composite deck with cable rail off the master bedroom overlooking the expanse of water. Young children would require supervision on the roofdeck. Our home features an outdoor grill, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 6-9. New washing machine and dryer on the first floor. It's a quick trip to the beach by paddleboard or kayak or a short drive to several local beaches, Halibut Point, more restaurants, museums, hiking, and quarries. Owners live locally and have a basement apartment (with separate entrance) at the property and will be available for questions/special requests. This is a perfect home for a friends or family retreat. Please no loud parties, as we live in a residential neighborhood.

Fall Season: Friday-Friday rental (4 night minimum). If you need a rental that requires us changing our turnover day, we need to charge an extra fee for our cleaning crew.
Summer Season: Friday-Friday rental (7 night minimum).

Smoke and pet-free. Parking for two cars.

Perfection in every way!

Evensong house and our host, Katie, exceeded every one of our already high expectations. This beautiful home is just as pictured, and yet it still took our breath away the first time we walked in! It is clean and shining, spacious, serene, and beautifully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen, seemingly new furniture and extremely comfortable beds and bed linens. The view is incomparable! From the downstairs walls of windows and the gorgeous upper-level deck, we enjoyed every sunrise and sunset, watched the tides rise and fall - revealing marshy islands and tidal pools - saw sailboats and other small boats, kayaks, and a huge variety of birds native to the New England coast. On our last night there we were treated to the full arc of a rainbow. Katie is a spectacular host and a lovely, kind person who instantly responds to questions and wants your time there to be perfect. We are already looking forward our next stay at Evensong!

Incredible sunset views

Quiet neighborhood Very peaceful and nice home. Quiet setting was perfect for relaxing and watching the birds and wildlife on the river. Incredible sunsets in this comfortable house. Great kitchen to cook Great location to tour Cape Ann Would be nice if owner had an instruction book on how to operate fireplace and TV but host was very nice and responsive to our questions Very nice lady! We would come back here!

Beautiful location

We were looking for a quiet vacation for just the two of us and this place was perfect for it. The view was really wonderful and the place was really comfortable.
