L'escapade parfaite pour votre week-end de ski! À seulement 4 minutes de Heavenly Village. Notre Lakeland Village Condo est le tout nouveau remodelage de Lakeland Village. Le condo a été entièrement repensé de haut en bas. Tout dans la maison est décoré avec goût, propre et neuf. L'emplacement est fantastique, à seulement 100 mètres de la plage, à 150 mètres de la piscine au bord du lac, à 2 miles de Heavenly et à 3 miles des casinos. Marchez facilement vers les restaurants locaux.

Cette maison est parfaite pour un voyage de ski à deux familles, avec le Heavenly Mountain Resort à seulement 2 miles, il rend le ski avec les enfants amusant et facile. Rangez votre équipement de ski dans le placard de verrouillage privé à l'entrée.

Le nombre maximum de personnes autorisées à la maison est le suivant: 8 pour les familles, y compris les enfants, ou 8 dans un groupe de tous les adultes.

Nous aimons les animaux de compagnie, mais malheureusement les humains uniquement dans cette maison.

Par la suite, le groupe peut se réunir dans le salon devant la cheminée avec le jeu allumé, ou traîner au comptoir pendant que les cuisiniers sont occupés dans la cuisine.

La maison dispose de 2 chambres en bas: le maître a un lit king et salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi, et la deuxième chambre a 2 lits queen et salle de bain dans le couloir. A l'étage, le loft ouvert est idéal pour les enfants (ou les adultes qui sont arrivés en dernier). Un lit jumeau sur un lit double superposé peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes.

Tout dans la cuisine est nouveau, avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une table à manger rustique moderne pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et un bar pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Le bel espace de vie a une grande paroi rocheuse avec foyer au gaz et un canapé sectionnel confortable. Le wifi gratuit et la télévision par câble sont inclus.

Les jardins du village de Lakeland sont incroyables. Vous ne trouverez pas de plage plus agréable à South Lake Tahoe. Magnifiquement aménagé avec de superbes équipements, notamment des courts de tennis, une plage privée, une jetée, des piscines, un bain à remous et un sauna et une aire de jeux pour enfants. En tant que client, vous aurez accès à toutes les commodités.

Cette unité magnifiquement mise à jour est uniquement disponible via RnR Vacation Rentals. La location via RnR vous permet de choisir votre unité et comprend l'accès à toutes les commodités, y compris les piscines, les bains à remous, la plage, le centre de remise en forme, la location de skis et de snowboards à prix réduit et le café gratuit dans le hall.

Great place great location

Location was 2 minute drive to heavenly ski resort or a 20 minute walk. House was great and clean no complaints there. Also had two hot tubs and beach access. Definitely stay here again.

Guys ski trip

Nice place for a weekend ski getaway. Had to drive to the slopes, but that was expected. Two hot tubs on property, which we definitely used. Plenty of room to hang out. No complaints. Would go there again.

Family vacation

Location is perfect. Seconds to the beach and hot tub. Walking distance to shops, stores and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. The only complaint is that there is no way to heat downstairs without the upstairs getting uncomfortably hot. But I still give it 5 stars and will definitely stay again!

This is a clean unit in a great location near the beach and close to everything. Unfortunately, no air conditioning was a major drawback in the heat of the summer. The main living area was not livable during the day. Unit needs updating.

Amazing Location - but no air conditioning

Close to so many restaurants and fun things to do on the south shore, as well as the beach access make it hard to beat! Having no air conditioning at the end of July was tough though. Coming back to the condo after a fun day of playing in the sun to 84 degrees at 8 pm was not ideal! Also both toilets would flush maybe 50% of the time. Super finnicky. One bathroom sink would take forever to drain and the master bath had trouble draining too. The place is old, but the location is hard to beat.

The shuttle service into town was great too. One thing though - the loft room isn't ideal as it isn't closed off so the kids could hear everything going on downstairs when they were trying to get off to sleep. It meant the adults had to be very quiet in the living/dining/kitchen area for most of the evening.

Very good stay with access to the lake

My family of 4, my husband, I and 2 young adult sons spent a very good stay in this apartment, 1 minute walk from Tahoe beach. The unit was nice and the kitchen well equipped. The only weak point is that the description on VRBO overestimates a bit the unit : the remodeling of the unit must not be so recent as described as well as the common areas of the village which need a remodeling (in process in several places) Moreover the large angle of the pictures let think about a larger space especially in the main room. We were confortable with 4 people but 8 would be clearly an issue. Not enough seats around the table and on the sofa.

My friend redid the place. Remodel is AWESOME! It’s brand new and really nice… we saw some of the other units on the property and this one is way better. If you go to the casinos late, you’ll have to take a cab back or walk but it’s about 2 miles. We took the shuttle there but I think it stops running at 9 or 10. Can’t wait for ski season!!! He says the shuttle picks you up right near the front door and drops you off at the Cal-Base in a few minutes. We normally stay at Timberlodge and supposedly you can be slope-side from here faster if you go up Gunbarrel than on the Gondola.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures. Very nicely update, and our contact Allison was awesome to work with. The only issue we had was temperature control. Because this is bedrooms down at entry level, living room and kitchen upstairs, the thermostat is upstairs and the bedrooms are either too cold or too hot. But that would not prevent me from staying here again as it's beautifully appointed. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need; we cooked all breakfasts here and really saved some money.

We found a few cockroaches throughout our stay, 1 of which was in the bed in the loft. Also in the loft, my wife put her head down on the pillow and felt something inside the pillow case. We found candy wrappers, a tooth brush, and a pair of women's underwear INSIDE the pillow case which was a bit disturbing. Besides that the place was great and no other issues at all.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We're avid travelers and also a very clean family. We'll pay a little more for a nice clean place and we appreciate updated design and furnishings. We thought even though this place was at least 30% more than everywhere else we looked, it would be worth it. It was not. It was filthy when we arrived. There were carpet stains on the steps in the entrance of the space. The master bath had a horrible mildew smell, and the patio was filthy and we couldn't even enjoy it or BBQ there. We ate out for almost every meal with the exception of bagels and fruit. The place so hot the and the windows don't work so you can't open them. They also force you to purchase their 'insurance' services just in case there are damages. We left the condo in pristine condition and even went to the effort of stripping all the bedding off the beds out of respect to the cleaners, since that's what our family does. We did NOT damage anything while we were there. Several days after our stay, we were contacted by the property management group with an email requesting us to sign a claim form for a damaged mattress, (which was a torn mattress cover that we didn't tear), carpet stains (which were not from us and were in abunbdance when we arrived), and missing towels (which is the biggest joke because we didn't have enough towels and had to go to the front desk to request more so there were at least 10 additional towels, plus hand towels and washcloths). It sounds like extortion to me. As I mentioned, we're a very clean, responsible family and we were hardly in the condo. We certainly weren't there long enough to cause any damage or create the stains they claim we did. I wonder if other travelers staying here or anywhere with R&R Property Management have experienced these same type of ludacris allogations. I would never stay here again let alone recommend it to someone else. I would also never stay anywhere managed by R&R.
