We had a fantastic stay! So many amenities on property and everything we needed within the condo itself. Location was within walking distance to pier park and other restaurants. Views were beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Would stay here again!

Great stay for the money. The resort itself was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Ocean view was breathtaking. Condo had lots of supplies and "extras", from towels, soaps, and linen to beach gear, chairs, and board games. Had a wonderful week long stay!

I have stayed at the Tidewater many times before and this was by far one of the best experiences. The unit was clean, well furnished, and "modernized" comparatively speaking to many others in the pan handle. Despite being on the side of the building the view of the water is still absolutely amazing and watching yhe sunrise through the giant windows id pure serenity! I had issues with credit card payment but the host very understanding and assisted in getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. 10/10 will book again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay this condo! It was the perfect spot for a quick little getaway! We had the perfect view of the New Years fireworks right from the living room window!

The beach view was great. They were painting our side of the building the three weeks we were there. We couldn’t use that end of the pool but, pool at the other end worked out great for us. But, it didn’t bother us at all.

Beautiful views

The condo was great and the views were beautiful! The condo complex is close to a lot of things. The only challenge for us was the elevators taking a while, but during busy season this is to be expected.

Great Stay!

Everything was as described. Beautiful views, clean, had a great time. We have stayed at Tidewater for the past 10 years. Always our go to place. If you like a corner room with an excellent view, this one is it. Right by the elevator as well which is handy. Elevators are always busy but that’s to be expected during busy season. Would stay in this one again. Bed was super comfy. And plenty of room for the two of us.

Great Property

The property was clean and comfortable. There was a lot to do within a short distance. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, the process was extremely easy and the agents were very friendly. We lived the security of the building. The only negative was the expense to park. However, it was a gated parking garage and we did see security going through a few times.

Fall Break 2024

Only 2 elevators were working and the outside lights were out on the east side making it a little scary at night. Other than that our stay was nice.

Yes the elevators were unexpectedly out but the Association was quick to respond and get repaired along with the lights. Nothing to be afraid of at the resort but I know some folks are afraid of the dark, happy that didn't prevent you from having a nice stay!

Made our stay easy.

The beach views and windows sold me when looking for a place to stay and they did not disappoint. Imagine waking up to almost a 360 degree view of the bay and ocean. The place was immaculately clean and had all the amenities I could ever need. The condo is within walking distance to the pier, Pier Park, and multiple restaurants. I felt completely safe as I vacationed alone. I also felt very welcomed by all the staff. I would stay here agin with no hesitation!

Un paradis

Nous avons passé 8 jours de pure bonheur. Lire et prendre notre café sur le balcon avec la vue sur la mer turquoise et le bruit des vagues. Se balader sur la plage de sable blanc. Se reposer dans un lit confortable. Se préparer un bon repas avec un décor magnifique. Tout ce qu’on peut espérer!! Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitation!!

Beautiful views. Condo worked good for what we needed. It could have been a little cleaner. The boogie boards were not usable as they were cracked so we had to go buy our own. We definitely used the beach chairs that were available. The TV never worked in the living room, but other than that, the place was as advertised. Beautiful location, close to lots of attractions. Beach access was easy. The pool stayed packed, but it was a nice area too. The kids loved the shaved ice at the pool, and although I didn’t order a drink, it was nice to have a poolside tiki bar available if I wanted to. We didn’t eat at the restaurant in the condo, but we heard from other guests it was good. The wait for elevators was awful, but that’s to be expected in a condo building that big. Parking was easy to get to. We would stay here again.
