Un charmant condominium de style jardin au deuxième étage. Entrez dans le concept ouvert salon, salle à manger et cuisine. La cuisine de style cuisine dispose d'un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et cuisinière électrique avec four autonettoyant. La salle à manger a une table haute avec des sièges pour six. Quatre sièges supplémentaires sont disponibles à proximité au comptoir de la cuisine. Le salon contient des meubles confortables, une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, une unité de climatisation pour vous rafraîchir et le plaisir d'un foyer à gaz qui vous réchauffera en un tournemain. Le pont arrière spacieux est accessible par une porte coulissante dans le salon. La chambre principale offre un lit king size, une petite télévision à écran plat et une unité de climatisation, ainsi qu'une salle de bain privée attenante et une porte coulissante séparée donnant sur le pont arrière. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et la troisième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés et une télévision. Dans le couloir entre la chambre principale et les chambres restantes, vous trouverez la buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse et une seconde salle de bain complète.

Le Forest Ridge 5-8 est situé à quelques pas du Forest Ridge Club House, où vous pourrez profiter de la piscine intérieure, de la piscine extérieure chauffée et des courts de tennis.

Thanksgiving vacation

It was nice for all 6 of us to enjoy the day with enough room to spread out. We all had our own room and then watched holiday movies together. The next time we will stay longer to enjoy the pool and all the things Lincoln has to offer. We all enjoyed ourselves and celebrated Christmas while we were all together!

The condo was very nice, had nice furniture and tons of kitchen items to cook with. Loon reservation services is always a delight to work with. The downfall to the property is the extremely rude employee at the front desk of the pool complex. This was my 3rd vacation to this complex in 6 months and everytime is the same pronlem of making everyone in our group feel unwelcome..it really ruins your vacation. So we didnt go back to the pool after our first day. The condo is close to loon, kangamangus and downtown Linocoln. It is in a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to Echo Lake, Flume Gorge , Artists bluff and the Kanc was amazing. The views were breathtaking. The condo was very clean. My only complaint would be the beds were very uncomfortable and there may have been some pet dander because I am very sensitive with my allergies to some pets unfortunately. We were not able to access the pool since we were missing the instructions to do so. That was a bummer. We didn’t touch the thermostat at all and it was a bit warm. Overall location and cleanliness was good. I would stay again but maybe a different condo.

Great location off of Rt 93. Very clean and convenient. We used the indoor pool and hot tub. This also was very clean and right across the parking lot. We had my 90yr old mom with us. The stairs getting up to the second floor where like half steps so this was wonderful for her. The only complaint and not that bad was the toilets were very low and the beds firmer than we all like. O would recommend this place.

800 number for Loon Reservations does not accept calls from Canadian number, and no other number given out. Four lightbulbs burnt out, no replacements in condo. Had to buy some next day. Also plug in master bath didn’t work. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Otherwise

Nice place but request AC!

Clean and well maintained upper level condo. Upon arrival the bedrooms in the SW side were above 85 degrees. After turning the AC units on to full blast (both on the other side of condo), temperature remained above 78 degrees. I called the after hours service and a kind gentleman installed an additional ac unit on one of the bedrooms, making that second bedroom cool enough to sleep. The third, bunk room was not used due to the high temperatures. The bunk room also had a broken ladder so only one upper bunk was accessible. On the last day we were there, they closed the pools at 430 pm! Numerous families with young children (like myself) were very angry that the pools were inaccessible on a holiday weekend!I called the answering service and although they were very kind, they couldn’t help with the pool since it was “per the board/association”.I stayed at the same condo complex (different unit) last year, and plan on returning again. This unit was nice but again, the owners should update/fix the issues stated above.

The condo was a good size for us and we were near the pool and rec center, which was important given how hot it was. Caution for hot weather; there are two standing a/cs in the unit and they could not keep the unit cool during hot, muggy weather.

Nice place

This was a nicely kept property in a good location. The house was everything that we expected. If I had to look for a negative it would only be that the 2 indoor AC units had trouble keeping the house cool enough to be comfortable. Management was great to deal with. Very responsive and called us personally on our checkout day to make sure we enjoyed the property, had any concerns, etc. I would stay here again if we vacation in this area.

Quiet area but close to everything

Spotless condo. Quiet and cozy area but close to everything. The only thing we missed having was a fire pit but having the ambiance from the fireplace made up for it. We would definitely come back.
