We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful cabin. Itâs equipped with all the amenities and comforts you could need, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. We woke up to breathtaking sunrises over the mountains and ended our evenings by the fire, making s'mores under a starry sky while listening to the peaceful sounds of the woods.
This stay was spectacular. The cabin is clean and well taken care of. Rod was extremely helpful and very communicative of all needs and questions. The hike to the cabin is pretty substantial. It is not a "walk in the woods". We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends!
A perfect way to disconnect and disappear into nature. My gf and I had an amazing time in this little cabin. My only word of warning is that the walk from the parking area to the cabin is long and somewhat steep so itâs not ideal for folks who arenât reasonably fit. We lugged our suitcases up the hill without too much trouble but weâre both very physically active and didnât mind the trek. Other than that, itâs a perfect respite from city life.
Great getaway to hike, relax and close to fun communities!
We did a last minute getaway over the 4th of July with our golden retriever and loved it! Beautiful views, comfortable cabin with Wi-Fi and nice water pressure in the shower. A great place to grill and enjoy a bottle of wine after hiking out back or shopping in nearby Woodstock. Rod was a gracious host who answered all our questions even the silly ones.
