Charmante cabane dans les belles montagnes de catskill a un lit et un lit de repos pour une personne supplémentaire dans une alcôve. Une 4ème personne pourrait être accueillie, parlez-nous d'abord si c'est une exigence. La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur et cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes et ustensiles, casseroles et poêles et plus pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Poêle à bois pour ces nuits fraîches. Plancher de bois franc. Backyard a un ruisseau se précipitant paisible, baignable par temps chaud. Table de pique-nique et barbecue au charbon pour la cuisine en plein air.

Randonnée, baignade, pêche, tous à proximité.
Hunter et Bellearye ski center dans les 25 minutes.

Another great stay!

We’ve stayed here multiple times now and every time is great. No matter the weather, the cabin is comfortable and quiet enough to hear the creek. The kitchen is stocked with the basic cookware. Eugenia provides old sheets to cover the couch so our pup Alice can hang with us. It’s on a road but it’s not a busy road and we rarely hear the cars passing by. Not too far from Woodstock and a quick drive to our favorite place to eat, Phoenicia Diner. Thanks for another excellent stay!

Great Stay

Another great stay. My buddy and I are doing the Catskill Fire Tower challenge. This cabin is located near so many great hiking trails. We had a warm Friday night and were able to use the fire pit by the stream, so relaxing. Easy drive to Phoenicia and Woodstock. Great restaurants in both towns. Highly recommend this cabin!

Another Great Stay

Great cabin, nothing fancy but everything you need. Location cannot be beat. Fire pit by the stream is the best! Many great hikes a short drive away. Do the Overlook Fire Tower in Woodstock, the views are spectacular. This is our 4th or 5th time staying here, can't wait for the next trip!

Perfect!!

Just a beautiful cozy home. Very clean and the floors are beautiful. The second room is awesome. It has a large window and when you wake up, you’re staring out at the forest and creek. So peaceful. The wood stove provides a ton of heat. Close to The town of Phoenicia. The restaurant The Pines, the food is great. This cabin is just wonderful. Can’t wait to go back during the spring and summer.

Exactly as advertised, cozy cabin by a river. Stayed for 4 days and had a great time. Beautiful cabin, amazing location, very well kept and clean. We really enjoyed the woodstove! Great communications with the property owners and we had 0 issues throughout our stay. Will be back!!

Charming Cabin

The cabin is great and as described in the listing. Very cozy and clean. If looking to venture into the nearby towns, some restaurants and stores open only from Thursday to Sundays.

Quaint cottage

This is our second time back to this nice cottage. It’s tucked in nicely next to the river and is very comfortable. We love the fireplace and how convenient it is to the peaks for hiking in the area. This year’s bonus was the beautiful and mesmerizing aurora on display.

Disconnect from the “modern” world in the most positive way.

Just what I was looking for. Not for everybody if you want modern telecommunication as today’s generation expects it. Getting in touch with your own juju can require some innermost sensitivity. No TV, though I’m sure it was possible with a little digging in.

Everything I had hoped for and more

I stayed at the cabin from Sun-Wed for a solo getaway. Time to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet and recharge batteries. The setting delivered all that and more - so peaceful, quaint, super clean and everything you could want in a getaway. The cabin is super cozy, comfy chairs, couch, tables and windows to look out of at every turn. Wifi is awesome (~80MPS), kitchen is stocked with all the things you need, gas and charcoal grills, and the bathroom is fully stocked. One could show up with nothing else but food (and there are a number of great places to eat so...) and have everything else you need already there! Already planning my stay for next year.

The Perfectly Cozy Catskill Anglers Cabin

Eugenia generously opened her doors to myself, my Dad and my teenage nephew for a few nights last week. Believe me when I tell you, it was everything we could have hoped for and more. It has been two years since my Mom passed and it was time for my Dad to spend a night away from home. To let himself have some peace and fresh air. With a good report from his doctor and the encouragement of my siblings, Dad agreed to take the adventure. I told him I had done the research and found the perfect, simple little place for us. As a young boy in the 50's, Dad used to spend his summers at a little fishing cabin in Dutchess County that looked & felt so much like Eugenia's cabin. Both cabins had a steep set of stairs & a guide rope down to the creek. There was a simple fireplace for cooking hot dogs and telling fish stories into the night. I noticed from the decor inside the cabin that Eugenia's family must have loved to fly fish for wild trout, just like us. I brought all my fly tying equipment and tied traditional Catskill style flies with my morning coffee, before we embarked on the day's adventures. My nephew, Dad and I bounced around to all of my favorite little access spots for fishing on the Esopus and it's tributaries. We caught a host of beautiful fish in all sizes, most prized of all was a beautiful 15" Esopus rainbow from up above Shandaken. What a magical place. I can't wait to come back.

Relaxing getaway

This was the perfect Catskills getaway for my partner and I and our small dog. We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and all of its amenities. The location was also excellent for exploring and hiking in the Catskills.

Cozy, rustic, secluded cabin.

If you are looking for a place where you can hear birds chirping, water stream flowing, and smell pine woods all around you, this is the place. This is a hidden gem, near some really cool trails and fun activities around Catskills. I will be returning here. The host was amazing , very communicative, and the house had all the essentials, more than what I expected. Everything was spotless.

Cabin by the Stream

A great stay. Cabin was clean as a whistle. First time staying in the summer. Nice to open the windows and listen to the stream at night. Short drive to Woodstock and Phonecia for dinner. Did some great hiking at Bellayre and Ashokan.

Great Quiet Retreat

This was a perfect little cabin for a quiet getaway. Lounging by the stream with a fire going in the fire pit or taking the chill out of the morning with a fire in the wood burning stove. Just what I needed.

Charming cottage is truly charming

This cottage is very centrally located and has a nice quiet location and feels very private. It is great for a weekend getaway any time of year. The host is very responsive. I would stay here again.

Comfy and cozy!

This is our 2nd time staying at the charming cabin, its a perfect place to unwind and relax! the property is just wonderful for hanging out by the fire pit, and its perfect for cooking. Inside is a wood burning stove that warms the entire cabin. The stream was amazing from all the rain from the winter season. Close by is a little town of phoencia, good food and antique shops, about 20 min. away is woodstock. We will definetly return!

Walk out the back door and jump in the stream on a hot day. Barbeque on the charcoal grill and eat dinner on the picnic table as the creek rushes by! Afternoon sun in the creekbed warms you after a refreshing dip! Sweet cabin in a sweet spot.
