Bienvenue à notre maison appelée le Magicway Villas + Tea Cup Pool à Anaheim Disneyland.

Belle maison unifamiliale rénovée avec piscine et grand jardin.

Notre thÚme Disney House est un peu plus d'un demi-mile de Disneyland, à seulement 20 minutes à pied! Avec un espace pour toute la famille, notre maison est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de vos vacances en famille Disney. Profitez de votre propre piscine privée fermée et regarder les feux d'artifice à l'arriÚre de la cour - votre temps à Magicway House est sûr de créer des souvenirs magiques pour toute la famille!
Cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est Ă©lĂ©gamment rĂ©novĂ©e en pensant aux familles. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit cal-roi confortable et un 42 "LED TV, DVD et est joliment meublĂ©e. À cĂŽtĂ© du maĂźtre, vous trouverez une chambre pour enfants sur le thĂšme de Disney avec un lit superposĂ© (lits superposĂ©s et gigognes), une PlayStation, une tĂ©lĂ©vision et des jeux. La troisiĂšme chambre a Ă©galement un lit queen grande que Ă©lĂ©gantes.
Notre cuisine ouverte et salon a une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision 55 pouces LG, lecteur blue-ray, WiFi gratuit et une Wii avec plusieurs jeux. Un abonnement au cĂąble avec la chaĂźne Disney est Ă©galement disponible afin que vous et les enfants ne manquiez pas vos Ă©missions et jeux prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s pendant vos vacances. Vous pouvez Ă©galement vous connecter Ă  Netflix grĂące Ă  notre lecteur blue-ray ou regarder un de nos films prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s de DVD Disney! La cuisine moderne dispose de toutes les commoditĂ©s, y compris un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, une cuisiniĂšre, un four et des casseroles pour vous aider Ă  prĂ©parer un repas fait maison. Nous avons mĂȘme un fabricant de crĂȘpe et une plaque chauffante. Assiettes, des ustensiles, des ustensiles de cuisine, assiettes et ustensiles pour enfants, un pot-pot, pot de cafĂ© et plus sont tous lĂ  pour votre utilisation. Une chaise haute et siĂšge d'appoint sont Ă©galement fournis. Dehors, vous trouverez une piscine de mousseux fermĂ©e. Un barbecue et un ensemble de patio sont Ă©galement disponibles dans la cour arriĂšre pour vous permettre de griller vos hamburgers et hot-dogs prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s tout en regardant les enfants nager. Dans le garage, vous trouverez notre laveuse et sĂ©cheuse Ă  chargeur frontal Electrolux pour votre usage.

A l'entrĂ©e du clavier, il est facile pour les clients d'entrer et de sortir de la maison. Il n'y a pas besoin de ramasser une clĂ© de sorte que vous ĂȘtes flexible pour arriver quand il est commode pour vous. De plus, vous pouvez faire votre propre code personnel donc il n'y aura pas de se soucier d'obtenir un lock-out ou de se demander oĂč vous avez placĂ© la clĂ©. Photos were misleading 
 inside was outdated, dark & rundown! Screens falling off sliding door, gas oven appears to be original! Ice maker in refrigerator was broken & looks as though it has been! Outdoor pool was filthy - didn’t appear to have been cleaned in a while! Would not recommend staying there.

Close enough

Great house with all of the necessary amenities.. we were comfortable, pool and could see Disneyland fireworks. Other than Disneyland , not enough close by but was perfect for our stay. Excellent response time and host.

Great spot for Disney and surrounding area

We did two days at Disney and two days visiting friends around Orange County and found this to be a great location and great house. Super comfortable with great amenities. The pool and little extras were fun for the kids and everything else was comfortable for the adults. Check in was super easy and getting to Disney each day and around the area was great.

We had a great stay! The house was a short walk to Disney and we could even watch some of the fireworks from the backyard. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation!

The only complaint we had was that I said I would like to pool heated and said I would be happy to pay the 50 a day fee but it didn’t happen. They said I did not confirm it, but I don’t know where I would have confirmed it if I did it with an email otherwise it was delightful.

Anaheim Getaway

This property was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Our visit was driven by events occurring at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was incredibly close to the center and also to Disney. It was nice to have access to Downtown Disney. Property Owner was very kind and responsive. Would highly recommend this location.

Really cute house love the layout. Only issue was the property manager was a bit difficult compared to most. Still had a blast and would come back. The walk to Disney was further than I realized but still one of the closest you can get.

Perfect for Family Disney Trip

Just perfect for our family of seven. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was close to Disney and we walked to downtown Disney no problem. Lyft ride was cheap too.

We will definitely be back!

We are a party of 8 with a wheelchair boud adult invluded in this party. We were completely accommodated for the wheel chair accses. My brother was able to roll around as he pleased in and out the front and back doorways. The back yard area was large and so much fun for the kiddos. We definitely would not have had such a good time anywhere else. The home inside fit all of us comfortably. The kids were able to sleep in their room or livingroom. A lot of space. There is one stand up shower and one tub which is perfect for having a handicap brother. Made showering hi so much easier. The kitchen was fully stockd with everything you need! I was able to cook many meals helping my trip cost to come down substantially. We called for assistance and they responded immediately and efficiently. Big thanks to Jp and Rick for making that accomadation for us so quickly. Our kids all said they loved this home. And whoever said you cant see the freworks from this home must be blind(previous review that i read). We seen the weekend shows right from the back yard clear as ever. So amazing! When we come back to disneyland we look forward to staying at this home again. Thank you soooo much for having us!! and comfortable. There were

Strict, but super close to parks

This was a nice place to stay and very convenient to the parks. The house was spacious and everyone had a bed. It has a large kitchen table and living room space. The only downfall is the super strict restrictions. We rented due to is flying a long distance and also running the Run Disney races to have a pool to relax in. Unfortunately we were not able to use it whenever we would want. I understand quiet and noise restrictions, we have them at our home too, but we are still able to be outside. Other than all the "rules" the place is a good location when wanting to do the parks everyday.

Good location but many problems

Location was great. Close to Disney and it was on a quiet cul-de-sac. Upon checkin we noticed the pool was VERY dirty. We called the property manager and he apologized and had someone come and clean it the following morning. Kitchen cabinet under the stove was full of BLACK mold. The odor was very strong and all of the hand towels and dishes had to be washed before we used them. We let the property manager know and they came out and cleaned the mold but the odor was still very strong. We went out and purchased candles to hide the smell but it wasn't helpful. There was a half eaten RX bar in the couch and the wrapper that one of the kids found. I wish these were the only issues but then we had a gas leak in the garage from the hot water heater. I called them in the morning and they didn't arrived until after 4pm to address the issue. Property owners were extremely slow to respond via VRBO app and Rick told us we would be refunded his entire commission based on how many problems we had with the house. After multiple ignored messaged I sent Rick a text and they finally responded via VRBO app and refunded 100.00 as a "courtesy." Mind you, we were in that house for a 10 day rental that smelled like mold the entire time. Hopefully their other properties are better kept.

Perfect Home away from Home

The decor was fun and inviting for all ages. This was the most fully stocked short term rental. Enough towels, etc for the bathrooms. The supplies in the kitchen were amazing. More than enough supplies to prepare a big dinner. The house was comfortable, inviting, and homey. The 7-year-old loved the bunk beds! It was easy to contact the property management team and they were very responsive.

Fun and comfortable

So clean, so fun. Girls enjoyed the pool and bunkroom. I appreciated the kitchen. Lots of sitting room in living room. I would definitely rent again. It was so convenient to disneyland.

Comfortable & Spacious but needs updating to be 'elegant' & 'modern'

Positives: *Spacious 'family' house with generous amenities located at the end of a cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood...no noisy dusty traffic or loud neighbors. *Host Rick was usually prompt with communication and called personally to discuss the concerns I had with the pool cleaning and providing for a 17 months old toddler. He told me to call him right away if anything needed immediate attention and/or was not up to par during our stay. We found long hair on the white tile wall of the guest/second bathroom the first night and also had the sensor light go off five times while showering. I texted Rick the next AM and he quickly asked if we wanted the cleaner to come in and clean the bathroom again or if we just wanted to inform him of the poor job his cleaning staff had done. We decided on the latter. Rick took care of having the sensor light changed that day to a regular on-off switch. He also sent a staff immediately to clean the pool and backyard. Information to note: *The house description states "elegantly remodeled' and "modern kitchen". Not sure WHEN the remodel was done, but 'elegant' is not the word for the current condition of the house, and 'modern' for the kitchen is a stretch. Appliances are out-dated. Needed to use a long utility lighter to light the burners of the gas cooktop, and the lower right corner of the cooktop is damaged and covered with blue painters/masking tape. *Need to replace guest bathtub fixtures to be kid friendly...handheld shower w/hose!

This property is unique due to its close proximity to Disneyland and also the large pool and backyard. The cul-de-sac is very quite and family oriented.

CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS:

*City mandated "Quiet Hours” FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.

*Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older.

*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.
