Originally built in 1904 on land donated by General Palmer, this Queen Anne–style church served as an important gathering place for its community and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. After years of careful restoration by a local family, the building has been thoughtfully reimagined into a one-of-a-kind home that honors its history while offering modern comfort, space, and warmth.

An exterior ramp provides step-free entry to the main level, which includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a bedroom with an accessible ensuite. Upper and lower levels are accessed by stairs.

Events, gatherings, and parties of any kind are not permitted. This home is intended for a comfortable, relaxing stay rather than a party environment. If you’re planning loud or disruptive activity, this may not be the right home for your stay.
✶ Quiet Hours ✶
Please observe quiet hours from 7pm to 7am out of respect for our nearby neighbors. Outside of quiet hours, we ask that all guests keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and respect neighboring properties and boundaries.
✶ Noise Monitoring Device ✶
To help maintain a peaceful environment, a privacy-safe, VRBO-compliant noise monitoring device is in place. It measures overall sound levels only and does not record audio or conversations.
✶ Firepit & Grill ✶
Use the propane fire table and gas grill as intended. Do not add additional fuels and ensure everything is fully off before leaving.
✶ Smoking ✶
Smoking is allowed outdoors only and never inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and proper receptacles for cigarette butts, and keep doors and windows closed while smoking outside to keep the home fresh. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or open flames (candles, incense) are allowed indoors. A deep-cleaning fee will apply if evidence of indoor smoking is found.

This is a pet-free home, and we’re not able to host pets during reservations. Please select one of our pet-friendly properties if you plan to travel with animals. (Platform policies regarding service animals still apply.)
