Located on the third floor of the historic downtown Brent building, this newly STUNNING two-bedroom unit has a perfect view of the main street of Palafox and is conveniently located within steps of shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment. The simple, chic, and relaxed décor invites you to get comfortable and feel at home. Each bedroom offers a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Blackout drapery will ensure a perfect night's sleep. A fully-stocked kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances are provided at your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the beautiful outdoor common area just around the corner from your front door.

Please note this condo overlooks Palafox, with truly stunning views. There is noise associated with the street and surrounding businesses, especially on weekend nights. Please plan accordingly and let us know if you have any questions.

BIG BONUS: A stay in this particular unit grants you a FREE, GUARANTEED parking spot literally STEPS away from the "World's Whitest Beaches" at a local Pensacola Beach House. Once you've booked, simply let us know when you plan on needing the parking space on the beach.

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will text step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a discounted rate ($10/night) for the Premium Parking lot that is directly behind the Lofts. Guests simply need to send us their license plate, pull into the lot and park! Easy as that.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.

Quick trip to celebrate son

We came in to town for the weekend to visit our son. We wanted a place where we didn’t really need a car. This place was perfect and walking distance to his house and amazing restaurants.

Very nice condo!

Great, spacious condo with excellent decor, appliances and furnishings. Condo in a great location that worked perfect for our family of 3. Plenty of entertainment and dinning within short walking distance. Beaches and other attractions are 5 to 15 minute drive. Airport is just 15 minutes away. Only thing to be aware of is this unit faces Palafox so it’s a bit noisy during the peak evening hours, especially on the weekend. For a more quiet experience book a unit on the parking side. That said, you can’t beat walking downstairs and having your pick of restaurants and bars to enjoy.
