The condo overlooks Palafox Street in the heart of Downtown Pensacola's vibrant nightlife, with elevated noise from nearby restaurants, bars, and street activity on weekend evenings - we're always happy to answer any questions - kindly reach out to us!

Each king suite is thoughtfully designed with your rest in mind, featuring wall-to-wall blackout draperies, spa-style showers, and luxury mattresses designed for optimal back support. Sink into five-star bedding on orthopedic-quality mattresses that promote deep and restorative sleep.

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will text step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a discounted rate ($10/night) for the Premium Parking lot that is directly behind the Lofts. Guests simply need to send us their license plate, pull into the lot and park! Easy as that.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a month and it was a great experience. the condo was comfortable with all necessary things you would hope for. The gym and Sky lounge were great to have in the building. Mallory and Skyelar were always on top of everything and couldn't have been more kind. We are very thankful for our stay here and would definitely recommend to others.

weekend in Pensecola

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was excellent and the property was as described. Great surroundings and amenities. We used the gym and walked across the street for good coffee in the mornings. However, the property is across from a very raucous bar that is packed from 8:00 pm till 3:00 am. The crowds are loud and in the street, along with the music. Apparently the thing to do if you are young and in Pensacola is to drive by the bar and rev your engines all night. When this happens, the crowd comes into the street and cheers. Sleep was near impossible. And, kudos to the bar, they pressure wash and clean the street, at 7:00am. This too, prohibits sleep. I would stay at the property again, it was great, but I'd have to be in a unit on the parking lot side of the building. The owners must have known, but didn't disclose. We found earplugs in a drawer the morning we left.
