Welcome to Gotham by Knight, our Bruce Wayne inspired Downtown loft apartment. This one-of-a-kind space is located on the second floor of a beautiful and historic commercial building, built in 1890. Let the rich history, deep black velvets, and extravagant finishes of this beautiful studio whisk you away to eras past. From the lux furnishings, original hardwood floors, and fully exposed chicago brick walls, this space is sure to sweep you right off of your feet.
The space
Located in fabulous Downtown Pensacola, this stunning apartment is walking distance to all that Downtown has to offer. Enjoy instant access to shopping, dining, and our amazing nightlife, plus quick interstate access. Located just 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach, you will never run out of things to do. There is ample public parking on the main street, with additional private parking located behind the building.

As you pull up to this one-of-a-kind property, you will quickly notice that there is nothing quite like it anywhere to be seen. That is because this building is the oldest remaining structure on our block and the last building of an era. Located on the same city block as Pensacola's first ever train station, our beautiful building used to be part of one of our city's busiest public hubs.

As you walk inside the shared foyer, take a moment to read about the building's rich history, including its past lives as a saloon, diner, boarding house, pharmacy, jewelry store, and shoe shop. Once you've absorbed your fair share of reading, head upstairs to your private second floor studio apartment.

The tall ceilings, original 1890's hardwood floors, deep velvets, and lux finishes are sure to melt all of your troubles away. Did we mention that the apartment is Bruce Wayne inspired? We've prepared a fun scavenger hunt for all of you diehard Batman fans, complete with hidden bat signals. Take a long look around at all of the Batman-inspired pieces. Do you think you can find them all? Perhaps you should up the stakes and make a drinking game out of it!

Enjoy libations by fireplace light in the cozy seating area that overlooks the city street. Browse through our huge collection of vinyl records, and sit back while you listen to some easy jazz. Take a steamy break in the massive custom glass shower. Be sure to wrap up in one of our soft turkish luxury robes when you're done. Get an amazing night's sleep in the king-sized memory foam bed. The mattress and pillows are all double-encased in allergen bags, and all linens are thoroughly washed and sanitized between stays. Wake up and prepare a hearty breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a gas stove and dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the spacious breakfast bar. Store all of your belongings in the huge walk-in closet, complete with shelves and hangers.

Ready for a day at the beach? Enjoy our complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag, cooler, and umbrella. The brick walls are over 2 feet thick, and all windows in the building have been updated with high sound and wind-impact ratings, which is sure to make your stay even more pleasant. All soaps, toiletries, coffee, creamer, and other supplies are included with your stay.

We have received a lot of requests to use our property for commercial photography/ photo shoots/ video shoots. Our property CANNOT be used for any kind of commercial use. Guest access
This apartment is located on the second story of a shared building, with an additional unit located downstairs. The foyer is shared between both units, and each unit has its own keyless entry lock. For the safety and security of all guests, the exterior of the building is video monitored, and the shared foyer is also video monitored. There are no cameras located inside either unit. If a guest books both units at the same time, the foyer camera will be removed for the duration of their stay so that they may enjoy both spaces freely.
