This home has a private pool, golf cart, gas grill, outdoor tv located at the pool with ample seating to just hang out. An outside shower and foot wash to refresh after those long days at the beach. There is a 1/2 bath in the utility room so you can keep the fun going by the pool.

Beautiful white washed hardwood flooring throughout this beach retreats first floor. The spacious kitchen offers, stainless steel appliances, Brazilian Granite, breakfast bar for two. Fully-equipped for meal preparation. This spacious kitchen opens into the dining area with a raised table that seats six to eight.

The beautiful updates run throughout the entire house, including the comfortable living room. Living room has a 50" flat screen tv with electric fireplace for those staying during the colder months. There is a bar area with blender and glasses to enjoy a drink. This space is very well lit and opens to the screened porch and front deck with sliding doors.

The screened porch and deck are great for entertainment - with the outdoor bar area or just enjoying the sounds of outside while gliding in a rocker with a book.

The master bedroom is on the second floor with a comfortable King bed, NEW 42" smart tv , very spacious walk-in closet and clean modern decor. The tiled master bath has double sinks, very spacious with Jacuzzi tub/shower. The second bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed NEW 42" smart TV its own closet and a tiled bath w/Tub-shower shared from hallway. Third bedroom is located on the second floor and sleeps up to 5 with Bunk bed set-up and single twin bed (Bunk set-up has full sized bed on lower with twin on top and trundle pull-out below). This carpeted bedroom with blackout curtains is great for the kids, It has a huge walk-in closet flat screen tv and private tiled bath with tub/shower. Also a window seat to relax and read a book.
