Enjoy our spacious home across the street from Surfside Beach/Pier. 1 block from 7 bars/restaurants. Ocean view porch overlooks HOA shared pool (available April-Sept, 10:00am-8:00pm) and the open floor plan is perfect to relax in when not exploring the area.

4 beds/4baths, Wi-Fi, cable TV in bedrooms, smart TV in large living room. Brand new washer/dryer.

This is a renovated 1,884 sq ft house with 1 large living area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, outdoor place to rinse off, and use of community pool.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable and washer/dryer are included.

LIVING AREAS & KITCHEN:
The living area is an open layout consisting of a living room with a smart TV and large sectional, a dining room that sits 6, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for prep space/seating for an additional 6 and a bar table with 2 seats.

This house accommodates up to 11 guests.

1st bedroom has a queen bed and a tv. It has its own door to the common bathroom on the first floor.

2nd bedroom is the master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, a tv, and a balcony.

3rd bedroom includes a queen bed, an alcove with a single bed, en-suite bathroom and a tv.

4th bedroom has two queen beds with en-suite bathroom and tv.

All four bathrooms have a tub/shower combination.



OUTDOOR POOL:
The outdoor pool is just next door in case you want to switch it up from the beach. The pool, shared by nine homes, is not heated and is available April-September, 7 days a week, 10:00am-8:00pm.



PARKING:
The driveway under the house can accommodate four regular sized vehicles. The ceiling height is 7'8". Trailers of any kind must be parked under the house after 48 hours per HOA. Additional town owned pay-to-park lots are a block away.
