I’m glad you enjoyed so many aspects of your stay, but I’m very sorry the water temperature issue caused an inconvenience for your family, especially while traveling with an infant. I do want to clarify one important point for future guests. I was not aware that there was an ongoing water issue at the building prior to your stay. The first I learned of the problem was when you contacted me on the second day of your visit. As soon as you notified me, I immediately contacted a plumber, who came to the property that same day to investigate. Unfortunately, the repair required parts that building maintenance was unable to obtain during your stay, so the issue could not be resolved as quickly as we all would have liked. The necessary repair has since been completed and the water issue has been resolved. Had I known there was an unresolved problem prior to your arrival, I certainly would have addressed it rather than knowingly allowing a guest to encounter it without warning. I take guest comfort and communication very seriously and always work to address issues as soon as I become aware of them. Thank you again for staying at After Dune Delight and for your kind comments.
