This charming, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 across a king bed and a queen bed. This condo is located in the heart of Dillon and features a balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful mountain views, and a private grill. La Riva Del Lago location puts guests just minutes from multiple world-class ski resorts. Guests can also walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike path. The free Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby that runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes in no time.

Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size updated kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and comfortable bar seating to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additionally this kitchen includes household favorites that include a toaster, coffee maker, and a full size microwave. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker. The dining area seats four, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living area offers gorgeous views of mountains and cozy furnishings. Warm up by the gas fireplace and watch a movie, as the snow falls, on the Smart TV. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the couch hosts a great area for family game nights. The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, a private grill, and sweeping mountain and park views.

The primary suite is located upstairs and features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flatscreen TV. Enjoy mountain views from the sitting balcony. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom is off the entry area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bedroom also offers a clothing dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and flatscreen TV. The guest bathroom is right down the hall. It has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. In addition, near the entryway is the private washer and dryer.

La Riva Del Lago guests can park two cars in the secured garage. There is also a storage closet for storing gear, and elevator for guest use to access this rental.

Perfect small group ski trip

We snowboarded Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail, but this is a great spot for any of the Summit county ski resorts. Clean, comfortable, with a cool view of the park.

Beautiful clean condo

The place was very cozy and spacious with plenty of kitchen supplies. There is no hot tub though which is falsely advertised in the listing. It's been permanently closed. The bed downstairs is very uncomfortable & hard. The couch is more comfortable honestly. Over all, a great location with convenient parking garage.

Nice property, Good Location

Property was nice. Sofa and chairs in living room/kitchen were not comfortable. Sofa too deep with no back support. We had problems with access. Garage door entrance was out of order. Had to contact property manager to get a way to enter. Entry code to front door was incorrect. Had to contact property manager to get the right code. In all took over an hour to gain entry. Otherwise property and location were nice and clean. Great views.

Great stay, lots of room and everything you need. Check-in was rough. The mgmt company sends texts from different #s with web-links that dont work, and the door code didn't work. Had to call the 24 hr customer service #.Hot tub was broken, garage door was broken. Had to park on the street. Suggest an email with all info needed rather than multiple chaotic texts and broken email links. Overall a great stay.

Great Unit, unreliable hot tub

The unit was great. Unfortunately,the hot tub was not working for our entire stay and this was not communicated to us. That was a primary reason we selected this unit so we would lilely not book here again. I did, however, receive multiple communications about issues at other properties starting a week before our stay 🙄.

Trip to Dillon

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nice and was close to the town. We were able to walk to the amphitheater and enjoy a concert while we were there. The only thing that was the check in information was emailed so it made it difficult to get inside or find the place with no service. VRBO customer service was able to assist after we were able to find the number. The check out time is early too which made it rushed to get our stuff packed and complete the check out items.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third summer in Dillon/Silverthorne area and this rental is our favorite so far. The location is perfect! Overlooking the beautiful Dillon Town Park, this condo has two nice sized bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The deck is tight but with mountain views from the living room/kitchen, you feel like you are outside in those spaces. Nice to have a grill on the deck as well. The couch in the living room is large and could accomodate our family of 4 comfortably. 2 garage parking spots was key as we arrived separately in 2 cars. Easy walk to Dillon Amphitheater which is a fun place to watch a show or just hang out. Property management was attentive and check-in and check-out procedures were simple. The hot tub was out of order which was a bummer but we know those things happen. We can't wait to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in great shape! We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the living room windows and balcony. The location was ideal being pretty close to 70. We traveled to Breckenridge, Mt. Blue Sky and Idaho Springs, Vail, and Loveland Pass to name a few. Sapphire Point Overlook has a great little trail and beautiful views of Dillon Reservoir. We even returned there at night to look at the stars. The Dillon Amphitheater was not open yet but it would have been a very convenient walk to and from a concert or other event.

Good location and layout of the condo...a couple of suggestions: Check out procedure/check list should be posted in the property (on the frig?). More shampoo/conditioner (1.5 oz was all) should be provided. Kitchen utensils and pots & pans were adequate and comprehensive. Hot tub great. Couch(s) need an upgrade. Desk is first floor bedroom ready to fall over...could not use safely. Drain in bathtub of second floor bedroom drained slowly. fire alarm chirped throughout the last night

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
