The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxation and socializing, featuring plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large TV or soak in the natural light that brightens the room.
Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom offers a cozy king bed and a convenient en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, while the third bedroom features two twin beds. For larger groups, we also provide an air mattress that can accommodate two more guests.
Bathrooms:
With two well-appointed bathrooms, you’ll never have to rush in the morning. Enjoy the convenience of clean, comfortable spaces for everyone.
Kitchen:
Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, whether you’re a seasoned chef or just making a quick breakfast. You’ll find all the essential appliances and cookware right at your fingertips.
Outdoor Paradise:
The highlight of our property is the spacious backyard! Spend time in the Arizona sun, fire up the gas grill for a BBQ, gather around the gas fire pit in the evenings, or challenge friends to a game of horseshoes or cornhole. It’s the perfect spot for making memories!
Parking and Storage:
We offer on-site parking for your convenience. Whether you have a boat, RV, UTV, or any outdoor gear, you’ll have plenty of space to store it securely during your stay.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know ahead of time. We appreciate your understanding, as our cleaning crew often has back-to-back bookings.
Respect for Neighbors:
Please keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Be considerate of our neighbors when coming and going, and avoid blocking driveways.
No Parties or Events:
As we’re in a residential area, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. If you need to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets:
We love dogs! Our home is dog-friendly with a $125 cleaning fee to help our crew with extra cleaning after your furry friends. (Undisclosed pets will incur a higher fee.)
Maximum Occupancy:
Please stick to the number of guests specified in your booking. If you plan to bring additional guests, just let us know!
Cleanliness:
Help us keep the space tidy by cleaning up after yourself. A cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, but extra charges may apply for excessive mess.
Kitchen Use:
Feel free to use the kitchen! Just remember to clean up and wash any dishes or utensils you use.
Utilities and Appliances:
If anything isn’t working properly, please let us know right away.
Security:
Please remember to lock all doors and windows when you leave and keep access codes and keys private.
Trash and Recycling:
Use the designated bins for trash and recycling. Trash pickup is on Mondays, and recycling is on Thursdays.
Yard Maintenance:
Yard maintenance occurs every Sunday. If this is inconvenient, let us know and we’ll try to reschedule!
Long-Term Stays:
For stays of 28 days or more, we will arrange for a professional cleaner every 30 days, which will incur an extra cleaning fee.
Emergency Procedures:
Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. If you need assistance, please reach out!

All guests must follow local laws and regulations during their stay.
