1. The Saucer — Lower Unit

3. The Cup & Saucer — Whole House
(Max 9 Guests Total, Including Infants)

YOU CAN BOOK THE SAUCER OR THE CUP INDIVIDUALLY. RESERVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE TO ENJOY THE PROPERTY PRIVATELY—ideal for larger groups wanting to stay together while enjoying the convenience of separate spaces.

NOTICE: Unless you book the whole house, the other unit will likely be occupied. Each unit has its own private exterior entrance. Please be extra sure to respect fellow SBI guests and this special place by following the set rules and expectations. Remember, I’m always happy to help if you have any questions, concerns, or even complaints.


THE SAUCER

Perfect for larger families, this lower-level unit offers space and flexibility:

Sleeping Arrangements: A king bed in the master bedroom (adjustable base for extra comfort), a queen bed in the guest room, and a dual twin daybed in the living room—great for kids!

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms—one in the master bedroom with a luxurious custom shower, the other with a bathtub ideal for little ones.


THE CUP

Cozy and kid-friendly, this upper-level unit is ideal for smaller families or couples:

Sleeping Arrangements: A custom-built bedroom with a split king bed and adjustable bases, plus a dual twin daybed in the living room for the kids.

Bathrooms: One bathroom and a separate shower room simplify morning routines, even with little ones. (Note: The shower room in The Cup is unique. Make sure that this is something that works for you.)


STAND-OUT FEATURES INCLUDED WITH BOTH UNITS

SAFETY: First-aid cabinet, 2 small life jackets, life ring, CO2 & fire alarms, commercial fire extinguisher, posted fire escape plans, smart deadbolt door locks, door security latch, exterior security cameras, & induction range.
(The Cup has a fire-ladder in the bedroom closet.)

NOTEWORTHY: Fast WiFi 6E, premium bedding, luxurious Michigan made mattresses, premium bath towels & soaps, computer monitor, fast device charging stations, smart TV, smart color-changing lights, mini-fridge, laundry machines, iron & board, coffee & tea, cleaning supplies, Samsung cordless vacuum, air-purifier, & more!

BEACH EQUIPMENT: Five beach towels, four beach chairs, one baby beach chair, one wagon(for gear), one small cooler, one tote, one beach umbrella, goggles(one adult size & one kid size), and various beach toys.

FOR BABIES: Baby bathtub with water scoop & a pack n’ play. The baby beach chair can be used as a ‘high chair’.
