St Joseph Luxury Home with Pool and Water Views within Harbor Shores

You will love being situated in the Harbor Shores Resort where downtown St. Joseph's quaint shops and restaurants are just a fifteen minute walk or five minute drive away. Tiscornia Park and Jean Klock Park are iconic, Lake Michigan beaches and are three minutes by car! There is no need to travel to the water, as our home enjoys partial views of the waterfront from the front porch, living room, and master suite. Each room has character and charm that impresses but still feels like home. On cool evenings, the front porch fire pit or the living room with its gas fireplace provide cozy spots for viewing the waterfront. The gourmet kitchen with a large center island, Maytag appliances, and a full array of cooking gear is the perfect place to create meals to remember. The large, master suite looks out on the Marina at Harbor Village and boasts a king size bed, TV, a double sink vanity, herringbone shower, and walk-in closet. As part of the master suite, there is another full size sofa sleeper area with its own 55 inch Fire TV. Another king bedroom, a queen bedroom, laundry room, and a guest bathroom complete the second floor. You'll love our home's proximity to the Inn at Harbor Shores with Plank's Restaurant, a coffee shop, spa, and seasonal outdoor dining. Feel like a swim? The pool complex at Harbor Village offers our guests pool privileges from June til mid September. Feel like a work out? We have a mini fitness center in our home with a weight bench, free weights, and a recumbent bike. With water all around us, we offer two kayaks, a paddleboard, beach chairs, and boogie board. Please note that every person using the water sports equipment must sign a liability release form.

Beach/Swimming: Tiscornia Beach Park- 4 Min(1.1 miles) is a family-oriented park located on 16 acres along the shoreline of Lake Michigan at the northwest corner of St. Joseph. Walk
to St. Joseph and Benton Harbor's iconic North Pier lighthouses. The park offers a picnic pavilion that accommodates about 40 guests and has restrooms.(parking fee required)
Jean Klock Park- 5 Min(1.6 miles) Park amenities include a playground, picnic shelter, charcoal grills, paved parking, boardwalk, observation trail and tower,
bathhouse and pavilion. Jean Klock Park is a trailhead that leads to 10 miles of natural and urban fitness adventure whether you hike, bike or cross-country ski. (parking fee required)

House Rules:
*Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.
*Parking: Garage only onsite - garage door must remain closed (parking for additional cars is available at Inn at Harbor Shores approximately 100 yds away)
*Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed
*Pool: Community pool closed Sept 10th thru Memorial day
*Privacy: End unit - neighbors share one common wall
*Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am
*Additional HOA rules will be provided at time of booking that must be signed and returned within 72 hours or booking will be canceled.
