This is a nice house that was close to everything. It had plenty of room for our family and was clean. It had plenty of parking. Check in and check out was easy. We recommend for families looking for a nice place to stay near Silver Beach and St Joe.

This was the perfect weekend getaway! Enough space for the whole family plus our parents loved the 1st floor bedroom so they didn’t have to navigate the stairs. So clean and thoughtfully placed details with snacks in the counter, a detailed book on the rental and even a pass to the beach park.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It was clean, well‑stocked, and just a short drive to the beach. We couldn’t check in on our original day because a storm caused a power outage, but Emily let us know right away and kept us updated. She allowed us to check in early the next day, which we really appreciated. Overall, highly recommend!

Overall, we had a good stay. The inside of the home was absolutely beautiful. It's clearly been recently remodeled, and everything felt brand new, modern, and very clean. We were impressed with how nicely the interior was done. The kids loved the arcade games and the bunk room. The kitchen is very spacious and loved the big dining table. There were a few minor issues during our stay. We noticed a few ants on the kitchen counters, and there were ant traps placed throughout the house. They didn't cause a major problem for us, but families with toddlers or young children may want to be aware since the traps are easily accessible.The biggest downside wasn't the house itself but the exterior and surrounding area. The yard could use some maintenance, and the grill wasn't in great condition. More importantly, the neighborhood wasn't what we expected. Several nearby homes appeared poorly maintained, with boarded-up windows and neglected properties, making the area feel less inviting. The home itself stands out as much nicer than the surrounding neighborhood.If your priority is having a clean, beautifully updated place to stay, this home delivers. Just be aware that the neighborhood may not be the best fit if that's an important factor in your decision.

Our family spent a week at Benton Harbor Beach house in June2026. This house served our family well! We were able to visit 3 beaches and on a rain day The children’s discovery museum and bowling. The location of this house offered access to all the area had to offer! We brought games and with the arcade games at the house, those rainy days or evenings, there was never a dull moment, the young folks enjoyed the arcade games very much! We grilled 2 evenings, thanks to the outdoor grill, and took the beach chairs with us to the beach and was glad for the beach towels provided. We made use of the washer and dryer. We’re not bikers so we did not use the bikes but would be a good idea if we were. The host answered any questions we had in a timely manner, the house was as described.

Property was not clean, yard overgrown, house has a very odd smell. Front keypad does not work so had to go to the back door each time. Sleeps 10 but only has 1 towel for everyone so you have to wash your towels and washcloths if staying multiple nights. Overall very unimpressed for the price that the house was. Also not in the advertisement but it is in a very sketchy neighborhood
