Hi William. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced however based on the notes on your reservation you were given the option to receive a full refund since your stay dates fell within a time frame that a hurricane had just came through. While we cannot turn power on at properties and must rely on the power company to do so we understand how much of an inconvenience this may have caused. The police in the area after natural disasters are alert to possible looters and tend to check out of town guests to make sure they are safe and can find their way around in a time where the roads may be impassable. We tried to correct anything we were able to do but you refused our attempts. Our area sustained a lot of damage and many people lost there homes. We tried to do the best we could to take care of our guests vacationing during that time, with a very limited staff due to circumstances outside of our control.
