This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and style coupled with the elegant charm of a Historic Kentucky home. The House on Main was originally built in 1872 by a Kentucky Hemp Merchant and has been restored to its former glory and every detail of this home has been thought out to provide a truly unique and perfect experience. This condo is professionally managed by Jon Gruchow. We've arranged for the property to be available for self-check-in and self-check-out but have staff in the area who can assist at any time, in person or by phone. Located on the end of Main Street, you will be surrounded by historic homes and Georgetown College. Enjoy a stroll to Georgetown College, Downtown to enjoy our favorite local restaurants or shop the cutest boutiques or short scenic drive to Lexington to see the horses or Frankfort to enjoy some bourbon!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the whole Secretariat condo unit with an exclusive private entrance from the rear parking lot, and Wi-Fi.

THE SPACE
The Secretariat is your perfect luxury modern getaway to explore all that Kentucky has to offer. Open spacious living room with 12-foot ceilings with original molding, fully stocked kitchen, Lux king memory foam mattresses with toppers, Smart TV along with high-speed internet, and a fully fenced in backyard firepit area and a picture-perfect mural!

MAIN AREA:
Guests will be greeted by a grand two-story staircase, 12-foot ceilings, and beautiful 150-year-old hardwood heart pine floors! The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for guests and a large Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, dinnerware and silverware, toaster, and much more. We are also within walking distance to some of our favorite local places to eat! If you are looking for LOCAL Dining options Rodneys on Broadway, Favas, Galvins, and Local Feed are just a few of our favorites. And for desserts try Rebeccas, Pretty Girl Sweets, and Chocomania!

BEDROOMS:
2 bedrooms with king size beds and memory foam mattresses with lux toppers, luggage rack, full length mirror, and fans. Plenty of space for everyone to get a great night’s rest! If 2 beds are not enough, we have an air mattress as well as a pack & play for the little ones.

OUTSIDE:
-Large patio firepit area with seating (propane provided)
-Large deck with seating
-Covered front porch with seating
-Privacy fence around the back yard for privacy
-Large lighted off-street parking lot on site
-Charcoal BBQ grill located on the mural patio (charcoal not provided)

LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer in the unit (detergent provided)
Guests can easily walk to Downtown Georgetown, however the best way to experience Kentucky is with your personal vehicle.
