Welcome to Georgetown's Boho getaway! The warm and welcoming decor guarantees your stay is comfortable. This cottage is close to everything Georgetown has to offer including shopping and restaurants. Additionally, you could take in the quaint little park across the street to experience some downtown Georgetown history and enjoy some fresh air to help you relax and unwind. This house, over 100 years old and is the cutest! There's a cozy loft for extra space and an extra bed, peaceful back patio with gas grill and small fire pit. I would love to be your host!
We truly enjoyed our stay for our girls trip! The beds were SOOOOO comfortable and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was convenient to walk to the local restaurants. Would stay again for sure!
Had an absolutely lovely stay with my family over the holiday weekend! Felt very warm and inviting inside, plus a great location by downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
We love the uniqueness of the house and the great backyard. It came with two dedicated parking spaces and room for two more. Great restaurants near by and close to a fun downtown shopping area. The house worked for us and was home away from home.,
Came to Georgetown to go to the Keeneland races and visit family. We had so much fun and were so happy to have a comfortable place to go to the end of the day. Really appreciate the hostâs check in messages.
What a great little spot! We stayed here during a quick trip to Georgetown. Perfect location for walking distance to several restaurants and downtown Georgetown. Fun decor and loved the private parking spots. Would stay again!
The house is cozy and quiet. Very comfortable furniture. All was clean and tidy! We enjoyed how close it is to Main St and all of the places to eat. We will definitely visit this location again!
Convenient to Keeneland, Kentucky Horse Park, the Distillery District and other places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed Georgetownâs older homes and the historic downtown area. The restaurant just across the street was very good for dinner. Good communication with owner.
This is the cutest little place. Very close to shops and dining. Great for dogs with a park across the street. Owner was very responsive to some minor wifi issues. Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Springside BoHo. We liked the exposed brick and woodwork in the unit. The outdoor patio was perfect to have a drink and relax. Easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops. We would stay again. Thank you!
Could not be happier with this stay. I haven't stayed at any VRBO with a more accurate description. The space was impeccable, charming, and welcoming not to mention the location was great. We will be booking again if ever back in the area.
This is a must stay! Great spot located next to a lovely restaurant and Main St. Parking is great and the beds are probably the comfiest Iâve had anywhere outside of my home! The only negative was that it is a tight squeeze to get to the loft space but thatâs part of the charm. We would most definitely stay again.
It was the ideal location in Kentucky for the activities we had planned. My family, 80 yo to 29 yo, had their own cozy spot to sleep after busy days. Our VRBO host, Jonathan, was very prompt to questions. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.
My family was delighted with this renovated brick home. Everything was clean & efficiently managed. The decor was fun (my 9yo granddaughter LOVED he loft bedroom).
We have lived here in Georgetown for over 30 years now. We love traveling, camping, hiking, kayaking and fishing locally and abroad.
We opened our first BnB a year and a half ago and have enjoyed hosting individuals and families there.
Downtown Georgetown is home to Georgetown College that has been a staple of Georgetown since 1829. As you drive through downtown Main Street you will see a wide variety of historical homes some built at the precipice of the establishment of Georgetown. Georgetown provides a variety of restaurants and pubs including some local favorites such as Fava's restaurant serving since 1910, Galvin Sports Bar and Grill, Local Feed and Slainte Pub. The world renounced Kentucky Horse Park and Altec Arena are a short 10-minute drive from Georgetown.
This BnB is very unique in that it still has a lot of the original character that it had when it was first built. the narrow staircase, the loft bedroom and a majority of the original floors are still there today.
